I had been using Parcel Tracker Mail Room for a month now, and it's significantly improved the way we manage incoming packages. The system is intuitive, fast, and reliable. Logging deliveries takes just a few seconds, and the automatic notifications to recipients have reduced the number of uncollected parcels.

A bit more flexibility in customizing notification templates and workflows would also be helpful, especially for organizations with unique needs.

The team was helpful with training and getting our company ready to use Parcel Tracker. They were available to answer questions and walked us through the process of setting up the program for our team.

It is simple and easy to use. We did the research on the company because it is maintained in the cloud and all their certificates are up to date. They were responsive to questions, and the product works without any trouble.

We have not run into any issues thus far. We have been using parcel tracker for about a month.

Wonderful app that provides quick and easy logging of mail and packages. Web-based admin control panel is great for tracking stats.

This app saves us so much time with checking mail in and out! I love that it works from my phone and will pull up the recipient automatically from a pic of the label.

Sometimes the app freezes up when running on older phones.

None Significant: Based on your feedback, there don’t appear to be any major drawbacks. If anything, the only “con” might be that once you start using it, you won’t want to go back to managing packages without it!

overall we are satisfied with the product and the features. it has helped us reduce missing packages and the use of paper.

it's easy to use and keeps us organized. i love the chat feature when i have questions and getting a hold of a person for help is easy with quick responses. i love the customization for most of the features on the app/web.

on the web, it does not save my settings to default when looking at the parcel inbound/outbound list. i can create a saved setting list but having to always switch over to the saved setting when navigating through the web site and every time i log in can get pretty annoying. there should be an option to have a default AND save different settings.

another con, is when using the app and searching a person's name you have to click the search icon to pull up the person's packages. i think it would be easier that while i type their name a box displays with those that fit the typed letters and i can quickly click on the person i'm looking for.

hope that makes sense, if these are possible please let me know. i wasn't able to figure it out on my own.

Much better than the system we were previously using. Very easy to use as the system automatically generates a QR code which residents can scan and show proof of delivery. System automatically sends confirmation once they have signed and collected the parcel which helps to manage lost parcels.

Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

Really good app to use, easy to train staff with. Less likely of losing parcels on site. So easy for the residents to show a QR code and scan to locate the parcel.

The digital log of each parcel for residents is really useful, knowing if we still have a parcel or the resident has collected it is a great feature especially when we are queried about them. It's really simple to use and fast compared to our old process.

We had a bulk upload of main residents which is great, although when we have one off short stays it can be a little bit annoying as these residents won't be on the system and we would only know by human knowledge (only criticism).

It's great for keeping a log of all deliveries in a busy student accommodation. Our customers love the ease of the QR code, and all our staff members find the app simple and easy to use.

After using paper records for years to keep a log of parcels in student accommodation, Parcel Tracker has absolutely changed my way of working! It's so easy to see when parcels have been scanned and collected, which is particularly helpful when students query their parcels.

I think the sync between devices could be improved, since we have encountered problems when one device says one thing, but another says something different. Also we'd love to be able to send automatic messages when we scan in letters, since the recipients will still get the QR code saying parcel which is confusing.

A fantastic platform that allows us to correctly manage our parcels, provide great communication to our guests while logging all of those that have been picked up and check how many are remaining.

The simplicity to allow us to track our incoming parcels while informing our guests we have received this. The confidence it has given our guests in managing their parcels correctly with great communication has far exceeded expectation.

Still some sticking issues with camera recognition, but frankly i think this is down to the couriers labels and not the app.

Honestly has made our parcel system so much easier as before we were using pen and paper and it was an absolute nightmare! Now it takes us two seconds to scan the parcel and detects all the information from the label and matches it with the corresponding tenant and notifies them which is much better than hunting from pages and pages of room numbers to see if you have a parcel!

Quick and easy to scan in and out - makes reception job a lot easier - Notifies residents who are given a bar code which makes them feel more secure about their parcels too and photo evidence of what the parcels look like is always a bonus too as helps us locate the parcels if different staff are working.

Very occasionally an email doesn't notify resident.

Does what it sets out to do well, not trying to be too complicated. Hall staff enjoy using iPads to quickly scan and manage parcels.

Online web dashboard with easily accessible admin settings. Customer service with the parcel tracker team has been excellent.

Improvement of syncing between different sites across campus.

Overall we are happy with the product. The simplicity, features, and cloud-based management console are all things we were looking for.

Love the simple use and design. The app is great and very easy to use. The Kiosk is a very welcome feature. The cloud-based management console is amazing. No need to "have" to be on our own network.

Delivering packages should also have the same process as receiving them.
The company needs to accept more forms of payment.

Very pleased with this product. We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.
