For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.
