An excellent all-around mailroom parcel logging solution that I can highly recommend to any business. Customer support is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.

Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient.

There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. In general, the developers listen to the issues and are highly interested in making the product better with future updates.

Overall experience was great. Meetings were scheduled on time and questions were answered in a timely manner

We liked all features. The set up is pretty efficient for our business practices. I will highly recommend to my colleagues.

It didn’t have output features. Fir instance to notify customers that their package is shipped.

We transitioned from a generic Excel spreadsheet system to Parcel Tracker, and the difference has been outstanding. Tracking packages is now effortless, more secure, and far better organized, without worrying about too many people having unrestricted access.

Simple and intuitive to use, supports multiple users, and provides accurate, reliable tracking. The app is consistently dependable and makes mail tracking feel modern and efficient for today’s workplace.

There are no major drawbacks to note. While no system is perfect, Parcel Tracker has been reliable and effective, with only minimal room for improvement.

We have struggled in my work place for a while logging parcels and I often get a lot of people come to me and I'm not sure if there is anything for them so this is just what I was after. I like that there is an app and so different members of our team are therefore able to sign parcels in and out.

If you need to document and communicate receipt and pickup of packages across multiple teams, it works great.

It's very easy to setup, works smoothly, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Simple design makes it useful in many settings/applications.

Parcel tracker is a very good application for accommodations managing parcels for their residents. I is fast and easy to use and allows you to register the package and send an email to the residents in one go. Parcel tracker saves time.

My team uses the parcel tracker application to manage the volume of packages received for our residents daily. Parcel tracker makes it so easy as appose to manually logging and informing residents especially during sales for example Black Friday, January sales etc. By just scanning the barcodes and navigating the prompts you can in no time log the package and an email is sent to the resident in one go. I love parcel tracker and I would recommend anyone managing packages to use it. It makes logging packages a breeze!

Sometimes the application does not recognise a few names where you have to manually add the name .

Very satisfied with the product. I highly recommend if you are managing a strata building with a lot of residents.

Great APP. I work for a private gated community with over 400 residents and to have a APP such as this to help us organize our packages deliveries is indispensable!

I love to be able to use my phone to scan packages in and out of our system without having to carry around a separate device. Plus I can take pictures of packages using my phone without getting those images saved on my phone with my personal photos.
Additionally, I have been able to arrange my deliveries for the day in the exact order of my route, so I know what delivery is next!

I can't always find the images I have taken when I deliver a package on the phone APP. I have to go to the administration page.

I am extremely satisfied with this program and appreciate the features it offers. The user interface is intuitive, and I find the functionality to be incredibly helpful for my needs. I am eager to see how the developers will enhance this program in future updates, and I look forward to exploring any new features or improvements they may introduce.

I like this product, it prevents us for manually logging all trackable items, the scan process is very helpful and allows us to reduce amount of time spent researching lost parcels.

You can't follow the parcel in-house that easily. I wish that the processes were just a little easier.

There are some issues regarding scanning packages, however, we were informed that this issues is currently being looked at.

The amount of time saved really has improved productivity in our mailroom. It used to take 4 hours to hand write the name of each package that came in and them send out a google doc with everyone's name typed in at the end of the day. Now we get it done in 1/2 the time.

The days of logging incoming packages with lists and individual emails are gone! Scan in the package to the recipient and all the work is done! If I have any issues someone gets back to me and are able to help me.

Nothing really, everything can be looked up in a tutorial if we are not sure what to do.

My overall experience with this product is a 9.5 out of 10. My only drawback was due to the lack of a solid Wi-Fi connection at times, which slowed down my delivery time.

Very user friendly and efficient. You can scan in multiple parcels in seconds and deliver them with the same amount of ease. It is also extremely cost effective!

If you don't have a good Wi-Fi connection for your scanning device, you will have challenges.

Overall, I would highly recommend this application for any building or company expecting to receive and manage a high volume of packages/parcels.

The interface is easy to use and customizable. The ability to batch import a CSV for recipients is massively helpful and efficient. Also, proof-of-delivery photos are a plus, and customizable recipient notifications are a must-have feature that other applications lack.

The application is prone to crashing or errors if left open too long.

This is a user-friendly apps that helps us schedule packages. I hope it can be improved in the future, that would be great.

This app is very easy to use and helps our team save time in package processing. The app's design also reduces the chance of packages being misdelivered.

1. Not all scan photo images are stored in the system. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved.
2. The system easily misidentifies the numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9, especially small wording on the label.
3. If a resident picks up multiple packages, different QR codes need to be scanned, and we need time to match the QR codes with the packages. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

Oral for so good will continue to test to see what improvements are what work needs to be done yes..

Help process packages very efficiently. Product has been very helpful how full to track packages specially when you have 2 or 3 packages for the same unit screenshot really helps to ensure that it gets delivered and we have confirmation.

I can't think of any perhaps we haven't used it enough to be able to put this information.
