I’ve been using Parcel Tracker for a while now, and it’s honestly made keeping up with my deliveries so much easier. The app is super clean and intuitive—logging in parcels takes just a few seconds, and everything stays neatly organized in one place.

I did not notice any cons. It has been very good so far

Great APP. I work for a private gated community with over 400 residents and to have a APP such as this to help us organize our packages deliveries is indispensable!

I love to be able to use my phone to scan packages in and out of our system without having to carry around a separate device. Plus I can take pictures of packages using my phone without getting those images saved on my phone with my personal photos.
Additionally, I have been able to arrange my deliveries for the day in the exact order of my route, so I know what delivery is next!

I can't always find the images I have taken when I deliver a package on the phone APP. I have to go to the administration page.

I am extremely satisfied with this program and appreciate the features it offers. The user interface is intuitive, and I find the functionality to be incredibly helpful for my needs. I am eager to see how the developers will enhance this program in future updates, and I look forward to exploring any new features or improvements they may introduce.

I like this product, it prevents us for manually logging all trackable items, the scan process is very helpful and allows us to reduce amount of time spent researching lost parcels.

You can't follow the parcel in-house that easily. I wish that the processes were just a little easier.

My overall experience with this product is a 9.5 out of 10. My only drawback was due to the lack of a solid Wi-Fi connection at times, which slowed down my delivery time.

Very user friendly and efficient. You can scan in multiple parcels in seconds and deliver them with the same amount of ease. It is also extremely cost effective!

If you don't have a good Wi-Fi connection for your scanning device, you will have challenges.

Overall, I would highly recommend this application for any building or company expecting to receive and manage a high volume of packages/parcels.

The interface is easy to use and customizable. The ability to batch import a CSV for recipients is massively helpful and efficient. Also, proof-of-delivery photos are a plus, and customizable recipient notifications are a must-have feature that other applications lack.

This is a user-friendly apps that helps us schedule packages. I hope it can be improved in the future, that would be great.

This app is very easy to use and helps our team save time in package processing. The app's design also reduces the chance of packages being misdelivered.

1. Not all scan photo images are stored in the system. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved.
2. The system easily misidentifies the numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9, especially small wording on the label.
3. If a resident picks up multiple packages, different QR codes need to be scanned, and we need time to match the QR codes with the packages. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

Oral for so good will continue to test to see what improvements are what work needs to be done yes..

Help process packages very efficiently. Product has been very helpful how full to track packages specially when you have 2 or 3 packages for the same unit screenshot really helps to ensure that it gets delivered and we have confirmation.

I can't think of any perhaps we haven't used it enough to be able to put this information.

Had a bug where our data kept getting deleted but this was solved after contacting support. All data was restored and investigated.

We use to track our packages manually and this has made that process so efficient I would highly recommend if need to track incoming office packages. It's easy to scan a package, for the recipient to be notified and for them to check out the package on the iPad.

Very user friendly software. Easy to set up recipients. For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.

Sometimes the android app is glitchy but this has always be resolved right away.

It's really great overall, but could use a few performance improvements to optimise it for devices across various specifications (both low and high spec).

Overall, a great product to use to efficiently scan and track parcels. As an end-user using the function of scanning parcels into our department, it works well to document each parcel, both with the barcode/tracking number and an image of the barcode. This helps us locate a parcel at a later date if needed.

The barcode reader easily picks up any/all barcodes/QR codes, so it takes some getting used to to only scan the one barcode intended.

As we prefer to use our own name label (personnel choice), Parcel Tracker are currently trying to configure a printer to auto generate a label when scanning in information.
