Positiveit's easy to use and keeps us organized. i love the chat feature when i have questions and getting a hold of a person for help is easy with quick responses. i love the customization for most of the features on the app/web.
Negativeon the web, it does not save my settings to default when looking at the parcel inbound/outbound list. i can create a saved setting list but having to always switch over to the saved setting when navigating through the web site and every time i log in can get pretty annoying. there should be an option to have a default AND save different settings.

another con, is when using the app and searching a person's name you have to click the search icon to pull up the person's packages. i think it would be easier that while i type their name a box displays with those that fit the typed letters and i can quickly click on the person i'm looking for.
hope that makes sense, if these are possible please let me know. i wasn't able to figure it out on my own. -

System automatically sends confirmation once they have signed and collected the parcel which helps to manage lost parcels.

Perfect for Small Apartment Building with Concierge Service

PositiveEasy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.NegativeHad one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

PositiveThe digital log of each parcel for residents is really useful, knowing if we still have a parcel or the resident has collected it is a great feature especially when we are queried about them. It's really simple to use and fast compared to our old process.
NegativeWe had a bulk upload of main residents which is great, although when we have one off short stays it can be a little bit annoying as these residents won't be on the system and we would only know by human knowledge (only criticism).

NegativeI think the sync between devices could be improved, since we have encountered problems when one device says one thing, but another says something different. Also we'd love to be able to send automatic messages when we scan in letters, since the recipients will still get the QR code saying parcel which is confusing.

Easy Parcels

Now it takes us two seconds to scan the parcel and detects all the information from the label and matches it with the corresponding tenant and notifies them which is much better than hunting from pages and pages of room numbers to see if you have a parcel!
PositiveQuick and easy to scan in and out - makes reception job a lot easier - Notifies residents who are given a bar code which makes them feel more secure about their parcels too and photo evidence of what the parcels look like is always a bonus too as helps us locate the parcels if different staff are working.

The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.
