I loved using Melio for the short time that I did with my business. I found other options too hard to utilize. It was clear, and the transactions were easy to complete. This is a true gem for new business owners, confirmation is provided quickly as well.

With Melio, One is able to pay even non Melio users. In addition, i love the fact that you can decide if person been paid receives direct deposit or Check.

The downside is that you can only send free payments via ACH transfers and Only USA businesses. I hope Melio expands to other Countries.

What Melio sets out to do is great. They fill a need for free ACH payment acceptance, which other places charge as much as 1% for. They also allow you to accept credit cards while placing the burden for credit card fees on the customer. The problem is they are not reliable or customer service focused. They are willing to ignore you and leave you without a payment source at all which is a huge hit to the credibility of your business.

The idea behind Melio is great. Allow customers to pay by ACH, allow them to choose to pay by credit card and bear the burden of those fees themselves. This is exactly what I was looking for in my business.

The customer support is terrible. They take days to get back to you, if ever. The actual way the service works is nothing like it is described. They will allow you to send invoices, but then not actually work, which is a huge hit to credibility.

Great system to use with options to improve bottom line. Solid customer service team as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Enjoy options of putting CC fees on clients or not. Sync to QBO is nice. Reminders are awesome. Great customer service team.

When you list the breakdown of payments to a vendor it does not show the breakdown to the receiver and it also does not let you pull up the breakdown after the payment is submitted. This would be a great improvement to the software.

I am a bookkeeping firm and I have used Melio for both my firm as well as for my clients. It is so simple to use and provides great Approval processes. I love that my clients can use it with ease and do not need to be tech savvy to navigate the software. It is also great for Vendors as they can easily add their secure banking details for quick payments.

There are a few more features I would love to see but overall it is a great product. It would be great if Vendors could save their details for recurring payments.

There isn't really much that I don't like to be honest. International payments confuse me a little because the address given by the vendor is not always an exact match to what comes up in the system.
