Good experience, would recommend for some cases. It did help me in one of my projects as it met what was needed.

2. A lot of varieties of features that a QA tester needs like Test Coverage, Test Case , Test Automation and more are present.
3. Automation related things are also present in the tool.
4. Tooltips are properly presented for users to easily understand to cover the complexity of the tool.
5. Reports module has a lot of features from automatic scheduling and private reporting which is great.
6. Issues for each task and projects can be properly organize which is neat when you have multiple projects.

1. Design does not look modern enough and would be a pitfall in our era.
2. Can be overwhelming for users because of the wide coverage of the tool presented at the start/
3. Complex and users would need a lot of time to familiarize with the tool.
4. There are a lot menu and navigations which is confusing which are not customizable.
5. At the start there are no questions ask to fit your needs which is crucial to cater to most people.
6. Unable to customize the things to be presented on the tool.

It was a very good experience to work with it, Meliora Testlab offers a lot of facilities to manage my team and project. Meliora Testlab would be one of my management tool choice.

- Would like to have a special feature for screenshots and video recordings of test cases executions because if a test case fails is better to have a screenshot or video recording to know where the problem is.
- For people that have not use a management tool before, it is difficult to adapt to it because of a lot of features and navigations. However, there are many hints that may help.
- Can not be used in a mobile browser.
