This email service is by far the most responsive, quick, and intuitively designed service I have used. Microsoft keep up the good work. I cannot wait for Windows 11!

Overall, Microsoft Outlook is the best business email client application that work seamlessly in every device. Being a web based application, it does not take up a lot of system memory and works smoothly in every use.

- The user interface of the application is clean and feels modern.
- It works efficiently and loads the email faster than any other mail client.
- It has some unique features like built in spell checker that comes very handy when writing long emails.

- It does not integrate well with other applications, including Microsoft applications.
- It can be difficult to use initially.

Best mailing application I've come across. It provides us all the required features for composing efficient mail as well as categorizing mails.

1. One of the most useful features of Outlook is that we can create different folders in inbox main folder, and create rules for them, it helps us in sorting out mails,
2. Other useful feature is Focused Inbox and Others Inbox, non-actionable mails can be sent to Others folder such as monitoring mails etc.,
3. Easy to set confidentiality of a mail,
4. We can assign different priorities to the mail and and flag mails also,
5. Other important feature is Reminders (Calendar), it gives notification of an event before 15 mins. and at the scheduled time,
6. We can add several add-ons (both Microsoft's and our internal organizational),
7. We can compose mail just like we edit any document, much easier to compose mail than other competitors.

No major Cons as of now.
Sometimes Outlook gets hanged when it has to load several mails, if this gets fixed, it will be more faster to use.

Overall it is the best email manager and organizer across the multiple email services in the industry. Highly recommended for business and students email accounts.

Microsoft Outlook is best tool for managing and operating business and school email services with many extra perks to offer. It has built in contacts and calendar manager and can be link with other Microsoft services for smooth operations across the applications.

Outlook sometimes take little more time in updating emails from the server.

I have been using Microsoft Outlook for over 5 years now and it works great. It has a modern interface with a clear view of each email without the need to open them and provides a ton of other features & integrations which make it highly recommended.

I don't find any cons with it, it works well in daily usage and meets all my expectations.

It has been here for a long time and developed a long way over time, it might not be the best but still relatively equal to its counter parts.

Some of the Microsoft integrations don't interact properly as intended like the calendar doesn't sync.

A quality offering that's been around for a very long time and has consistently gotten better with each new release. Easy to use interface, huge user base, strong integrations make this a clear and easy choice.

Simple to use with a consistent interface for years. Ubiquitous software that doesn't require training for new hires. Extensive integrations by third-parties. Cached mode greatly improves performance when using Office 365 for Exchange online.

Integrations still rely on com add-ins too much which can conflict with each other. Can be memory intensive at times but a reboot generally resolves that issue. OST files still don't work well for very large mailboxes.

It has been perfectly easy and effective to send, and receive notifications in form of encrypted messages (emails).

Microsoft Outlook is hands down the best mailbox and email client for any workplace. It is feature packed and available via a sleep desktop app or web browser thanks to Office 365. It even provides a polished mobile app for usage when not available on desktop. The seamless integration with Contacts, Calendar and other Office apps makes for a great experience.

I don't find any negative point worth a mention, however it would be interesting to see visual changes to the now old looking interface.

My first email account was actually an Outlook account years and years ago when my family got our first computer. I stayed with Outlook for a few years, then forgot about it for well over a decade. I started using it again for college, as my university switched to it over Gmail and then through work. It's still not a service I prefer, but for business and school, it works well and I'd rather keep my work email completely separate from personal stuff anyway. I'd recommend it for work mostly, and largely because of the app integration with other Microsoft software.

Outlook has been around forever, and it's still a very reliable email service. Naturally, it integrates with other Microsoft apps easily. Over the years, Microsoft has gradually updated the looks and smoothness of Outlook to keep up with the times and definitely doesn't feel "dated" like some other older programs do.

I suppose one con would be that you're in Microsoft's bubble. It's not as private as some other options out there like Protonmail or Tutanota, but I doubt anyone is getting an Outlook account for privacy.

Microsoft Outlook is all in one office management. We use Outlook with Slack integration. It helps us to create and check any event right from the Slack app. It gives us a sweet reminder for an upcoming event and allows us to join a meeting directly from the calendar event. Very convenient to send and categorize emails.
