I'm loving it so far. Seeing schedules and being able to send messages through my phone has been a game changer. The digital forms hand been really nice to move us to a more paperless office.

Modento has been great so far. Coming from Lighthouse 360, I love the chat features, ease of sending forms, iPads for checking in, and especially being able to do so much from my phone.I've seeing the schedule and having access to patient phone numbers so I can easily send messages from home.

Setting up and customizing forms was a little confusing and not quite as customizable as I would have liked, but they're very good still.

They are more concerned about money than they are about meeting the needs of their customers. We showed them clearly how their communication with us made it look like it was a month to month service but now that we are hooked they don't care that they mislead and have not provided key services that they promised.

We liked the patient medical history forms and we liked their promise to offer the same services as flex which turned out to be untrue. And after a few weeks of use we disliked it but the company won’t let us out of the contract they misrepresented. Flex let us go easy and now we are going back to them.

Their sly sales tactics that roped us into a 12 month contract. You have no chance to know whether you like their services or not before you're locked into a year.

My overall experience with the software as well as customer service has been nothing short of great.

We love everything about this program in itself but what we really love is the customer service. In an industry where customer service is severely lacking, Modento has it figured out. They also roll out upgrades each month and are open to any and all enhancement requests you make.

Nothing. It's been wonderful. I have nothing negative to say. Give it a try, you're going to love it.

This program has so much to offer and we still have not used all components of it. It is smart, easy to use, and works well with Eaglesoft!

This system is easy to use for both patients and office use. The customer service is some of the best we have ever seen. Customization of forms, verbiage, and design is the best we have seen after trying 4 systems over the years!

I do wish we could have forms sent to multiple numbers at once for whichever parent comes versus having to change the primary cell phone each time a different parent comes. If the system was in tune enough to recognize when the forms were filled out, it could just inform the other person who has not yet filled out the form that forms have already been completed.

This software is like a team of its own right in your PC. So grateful for this masterpiece. I can see it becoming a staple in every type of practice. It just makes sense.

This software changed my life. My patients were "trained" overnight. This reduced the stress of the front and back teams by all of the auto communication to the patient about their appointments, paperwork, financials, treatment plans, and communication between the office at just a text away. Everything is on their phone! I don't have patients showing up without knowing what they are coming for, or forgetting or even trying to haggle the copay. Appointment no shows or short cancellations were cut by 90%. Texting between patients is so nice especially during these times of waiting in the car. I think my favorite feature is the pay request. No more forgetting your wallet, almost everyone has a digital card saved.

Nothing so far and I've been using it for a year. The support team is amazing and seem to be open to ideas on features.

I haven’t been excited like this about anything at the dental office in a long time. ⭐️ Product actually helps the practice run smoother. All the other software’s that promised to help felt archaic and very labor-intensive which really didn’t help

I especially love that Modento automatically imports all forms.. that I can send payment requests.. and that patients can send me paper shares of their insurance cards.
It’s honestly like having an extra teammates on staff but they’re not taking up office space.

Sorry- I’m sitting here trying to come up with some feedback but I love everything about Modento.

Our office could not function without Modento. It truly is incredible software that helps us manage our patients in a way unlike any other dental partner out there.

There are SO many pros to Modento - voicemail drops, treatment plans, CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have never experienced better service from any company ever! We love, love, love Modento!

We have been using Modento for almost a year now and cannot come up with a single con. Any time we have had an issue, they have been incredibly prompt to resolve it.

Great we love it! Helps a lot with front office duties! Texting is so easy and patients love it! Forms are great and easy to fill out.

We love Modento! It is user friendly and patients love getting the paperwork sent to their phones.

It does not auto populate the statements from Dentrix but are working on a way to do it.

Overall, I believe paperless charting and text reminders are a must in 2020, and Modento provides that really well

There are a lot of paperless features like new patient forms, consent forms, etc. The system is good at sending reminder texts to patients and patients also like the high tech aspect of all this.

Some features take a bit of time to learn how to use them but the functionalities are good.

You have heard the saying..some things are too good to be true...this product is it. There isn't anything that I do not like.

I love this product!! There is not anything that I do not like about it. And the support team is the best!

Overall the platform works great and we use it throughout all of our practices. It really makes doing paperwork, communicating with patients, and payments processing super easy and less time consuming.

Easy to use, functionality is great and we are able to use if we are on the go. Our patients also enjoy the paper free and notifications it gives them.

At this time we don't have any complaints of the service or functionality and love that they are constantly striving for more functions and doing updates with great changes.

Great program, will recommend for sure, one of the best once out there.
And it seams like it's always progressing and getting better.

I like the ease of the use, how seamless the Open Dental and Modento integration is, and the best part Apex payment!!!

Very very happy we added Modento services. It has streamlined our intake process and minimizes time wasted with patients filling out paperwork in office - which allows us to run a much more efficient schedule.

You get a ton of features with Modento which makes your work a lot easier.
Features like preparation of treatment plan, voicemails, notification, and ease of interacting with the patients.
On top of everything, you get amazing customer support.

I haven't come across any con till now, everything about Modento is just amazing.

Our office has been using Modento for several months. We are a Pediatric Dental office in Washington. We have been in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Modento services of texting forms specifically tailored to our little clients has been very beneficial. The team worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. The services offered by Modento lessons the amount of potential exposure and allows us to pre-screen our patients before they enter the office. We also use the texting for when patients arrive so this way we don't have them lingering in the lobby reducing our foot traffic. We are very excited to have the use of emoji's as well since it makes texting more fun.

The only thing we have noticed so far is that patients can text us but sometimes can't receive our responses. We are told this is because our patients may have this set to a spam number in their phones or with their service providers.

Overall it's a really great system and has made our communication with patients more efficient and timely.

Contactless, everything can go to the patient's smart phone. Easy to communicate with patient's through the dashboard.

Still have a slight hiccup with patient photos not automatically saving to patient profile. Have to do it manually.

I have recommended Modento to every colleague I know. The price is very competitive and lower than their competitors.

Excellent response time from the team, great product and price. As one of the first users I will say I am still happy with their customer service and product. I foresee myself continuing this product in the future.

No cons that I am aware of. It is a conglomerate of their competitors with all the features that I am looking for.

This service helps with less paper in your office, easy communication between patients. It's so wonderful.

Sends paperwork to patients before appointment! Updates things for us automatically. We can easily text patients and they can text us back. It's so great!
