PositiveI have been looking for a long time for a solution that allows me to control the creation of consolidate tickets. I have long been forced to buy several solutions. It is really an intelligent and efficient design. I even control the cameras, the smart sockets of the company and my clients, this complete biggest solution we use to do the job.
NegativeI had to understand the concept which is different from all the solutions used until now so there is a time of adaptation but once you understand the concept it is super simple and super effective you still have to read the prerequisites carefully otherwise we miss the concept.
