    Great scanning app

    Summary

    I enjoy scanning by my phone with direct synchronization to cloud storages. I can immediately search document I need
    by typing text in search bar, because all scans are automatically converted to readable PDF. It is also quite easy to print from phone or cloud drive where my docs are stored. You can also create your own shortcut for favorite actions e.g. scanning invoices to shared folder with your colleagues.

    Easy to use, great scanning options including own shortcuts from iPhone which are the same like on the printer panel - every user easily can create own in the mobile app. Scanning and printing directly to OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox. The mobile app is completely free.

    Negative

    Compatible only with selected multifunctional printers.

    Managed print services - The easiest software

    MyQ X is a very good software and mature enough to work in any organization scale. I totally recommend this software to any big organization which is interested in making the shift into managed print services, and enjoy the cost saving, employee's satisfaction.

    the working model is very flexible and customizable
    it can handle thousands of machines very easily.
    Machine terminals is very flexible to customize, it uses GUI drag and drop methodology, which makes it very easy to configure by medium skilled implementation team.
    it has all the features required to have a successful managed print services project.

    I can't find any Cons. until now, I'm working in a mega project in Egypt using MyQ X, and machines are distributed nationwide. and it's working fine.

    My Q is very simple solution. No need of a training on user level. even installation and maintenance is quite simple. Lot of features that we normally use in other solutions because of its complexity can be configured in MyQ as it is very simple to configure and use. Love using it.

    Report format should be better... with PowerBI it serve the purpose but standard reporting should be better than current one.

    Simple scanning by one click

    I mostly use simple scanning to different folders or email, where I don't have to enter my email or a colleague's email, just one click. I also like printing after authentication, where no one sees my private/sensitive documents, as they are printed when I arrive at the printer. Sometimes I also use the mobile app to print. Overall, I like how simple and intuitive MyQ is.

    It is very intuitive to use. I especially like the one-click scanning to email or to a shared OneDrive folder with colleagues. It's a big difference from what we had in the office before MyQ. Printing my documents after logging in with my card is also quite useful! I also print a document directly from my phone from time to time without having to send it to my computer before printing.

    Negative

    So far I don't see any negatives, as a regular user I like MyQ. Maybe the mobile app could be a bit more intuitive, but that's about the only thing I can think of.

    It was very quick to install and there was no issue we had during the installation. The users got used to instantly we were able to easily customise according to our company profile.

    Very good, user friendly and fast implementation. The customisable interface is excellent for localisation.

    Easy to install and getting the product ready to use is extremely easy and friendly. MyQ has the customisable interface. When using MyQ, companies with different brand of machines can standardise their interface making the interface look the same despite the supported machine/model is different.

    While MyQ can support a wide range of OEMs, there are still a couple of other OEMs still not supported.

    Good product and some "easy copy" and "easy scan" functions are really good. We can also use our mobile phone to log in and scan, kind of clever!

    I like the easy concept of MyQ and its interface. I do not like hardware and it needs to be easy to use with quick understanding.

    Perhaps its name at first, sounds a bit strange in French, but we do not care as we renamed it with our company name.
