It is very easy to use and has all the different integrations and services under one CRM which makes it best to use! Also, one of the most affordable CRM platforms across North America.

There are isn't any cons as such but it would be great if the AI would be available for use as soon as possible! Waiting for a long time.

One downside of NOVACRM is that it currently lacks certain advanced features, such as enhanced customization options for Smart Campaigns or a fully optimized IDX integration for all platforms. Expanding these capabilities would further elevate its functionality for users.

I've been successfully managing and nurturing my clients with NOVACRM. It gives me comprehensive campaign performance analytics and lets me send emails in bulk. By removing the requirement for a designer thanks to the social media flyer and email template, the platform has drastically decreased my marketing costs. I've also been able to draw in a lot of customers thanks to its lead generation services. The platform is even more beneficial to my company because of the first-rate training and assistance offered.

NOVACRM is one of the best CRM I have used. It is far superior to its competitors Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot etc. It's easier to use, it looks better, and it costs less or approximately the same.
