Reliable blockchain infrastructure for a multi-chain product

    Date: Sep 08 2026
    Summary

My overall experience with NOWNodes has been very positive. They have become a reliable part of our infrastructure stack and help reduce the operational resources required to maintain connectivity across multiple blockchains. Their combination of broad network coverage, stable infrastructure, and responsive technical support is particularly useful for a product operating across many different ecosystems. The service allows our engineering team to spend less time on routine node maintenance and more time developing and improving the wallet.

    Positive

NOWNodes gives the multi-chain cryptowallet I work in a reliable access to a broad range of blockchain networks without requiring our team to maintain every node internally. This is particularly valuable for a multi-chain wallet like ours, where infrastructure requirements can vary significantly from one network to another. I also appreciate the stability of the service and the responsiveness of their technical support when an issue requires investigation.

    Negative

Personally, I would appreciate even more proactive and detailed communication around network-specific incidents, planned maintenance, upgrades, and degraded performance. Earlier visibility into what is affected, the expected impact, and whether any action is required on our side would make troubleshooting across multiple networks even more efficient.
