It's asking me to write 100 characters for my overall experience. My pros and cons are covering that fairly well.

Connects people in offices that otherwise wouldn't be able to or find the time to. Pretty cool being able to acknowledge people.

Haven't used it long enough to recognize many cons. I suppose not being able to tag and entire department kinda sucks.

In these uncertain times, Nectar has been great to see what the team has been doing and we have been able to connect with them.

When working with the team, we use Nectar for incentives for the team which is a great tool to motivate them and help them reach their monthly KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

The point system can be a bit confusing in that we cannot check to see which ones are live and which ones have expired.

Great! Excited to continue using Nectar to contribute to the work culture here at SafeStreets USA / ADT.

-Very very easy to share a quick message thanking/congratulating a coworker. No need to navigate multiple pages or menu's, it's done straight from the field where you post.

-Notifications allow you to go back and review your shout-outs which is nice, instead of them being forgotten.

-Customer Service was very helpful when I had an issue regarding my points not appearing correctly.

Only con was my points seemed to reset and not rollover after my first month - However a quick e-mail chain w/ Customer Service resolved the issue, and it was likely my own error that caused it.

Overall I enjoy using this system, its easy to communicate with others and fun to see what everyone else has to say

I like how easy it is to create posts and accomplish what I need to with this software, its neat how many offers are included here!

I found it a bit difficult at first to find the posts others had tagged me in, But I've since gotten around that!

I really like Nectar and I love receiving points. Makes me feel good but also makes me excited to spend my points!

Love it, this was a game changer for our organization. Something like this is a huge morale booster.

1. The Social Media Style Dashboard: I really liked the ability to see others who were being praised.

Inability to Search/Follow other members. I'd really like the ability to be able to search (as a manager) the people on my team and hear what others are saying about them and what they're doing to praise others. This will help me figure out who is using the program and who is not so I could learn about why and hopefully manage them better and find out what makes them tick.

Very good experience. It has really made an impact in my work place and we all enjoy recognizing each other.

Super easy to use. Can give and use points with ease. Very good to give recognition to people and have them rewarded.

It gets drowned out by everyone else in the company, wish there was separate feeds for different departments. Pricing is a little low.

My company's experience has been wonderful. We are enjoying Nectar very much. My own personal experience has been beyond wonderful. Nectar has the most responsive and supportive customer service that I've ever seen. When I had an issue, it was immediately addressed and corrected. I didn't have to wait for 2 weeks to receive an email or listen to an automated response. I got help from real people who addressed the issue right away. Kudos to Nectar! You know how to treat people right.

Nectar is super easy to use. In this time of COVID with employees facing video fatigue and isolation, this is the perfect way to energize them and remind them how valuable they are to our company's work. People need each other. Building camaraderie and collective support is difficult when you aren't working in an office together. Nectar offers a unique way to strengthen the team. It's been fun and rewarding for all of us.

I can't think of one thing that I don't like. Ease of use is great. Options for cashing in points covers many different interests and likes. They have thought of everything.

Overall, Nectar itself is a great concept and is very easy to use. Encouraging positive feedback amongst peers helps foster a positive working environment and puts the focus on improvements and being helpful instead of criticism.

Nectar is very easy to use. The overall design is simple and navigation is easy.

The new shout-out box has buttons for adding people/points/hashtags instead of relying solely on keyboard shortcuts like @ and +, which makes the process a little easier, especially since you can search the people box for names

The social-media-like layout that allows employees to see other employees' feedback and add their own points or comments is great. In my opinion, it encourages keeping an eye on what's going on so that people can share in the success of others and help to build them up as well.

There's no option for an employee to choose whether or not their birthday is published. An admin has to remove the birthday from the employee's account if they don't want it published on the day of.

Clicking on a notification to see a shout-out in the timeline rarely works. If enough time passes, clicking on a notification just refreshes the page without actually taking you to the shout-out. If you need to read an older one, you've got to go into your account and read your activity instead.

I have used a similar product in the past called Motivosity. It was almost identical, however this is much more user friendly. I enjoy being able to reward others and be rewarded as well if someone sees fit.

No issues with the product at this time. I haven't ran into any issues with it currently.

Enjoyable, so far. I would love to be able to give everyone points. It is nice that you can still make a comment, even with no points to give.

Easy to play with, give points, shop, etc. Love the ability to add memes and gifs. Just as much fun to read about other people getting points as it is when I get points! Great idea and a nice way to reward employees. Nice to be able to respond to someone else's posts, as well.

That I don't have more points to give out, LOL. Otherwise, nothing.

Great product so far overall. Haven't redeemed anything as of yet, but as far as recognition and morale boosting it's been great.

It allows for behavior driven recognition. It's fun and easy for employees to use. It's interactive, simple to figure out visible to the rest of the organization.

None so far. We haven't had an opportunity to redeem points as of yet so I'm not sure what the real world scenario will be for that but do not anticipate issues.

Nectar is great! I really enjoy the interactions with coworkers. Nectar is very easy to navigate. One thing I hope is a possibility is to integrate it with a hyperlink on our dashboard. But all in all very happy to have this platform with my employer.

They provide perks to a ton of different places. They have cool tools to motivate our employees. Big fans!

It doesn't get used as much for our company and only motivates some.

I think this was a smart move adding this to the company! I think that most of my kudos are legit shout outs and some are just having fun with close employees. In both cases, it strengthens the bonds.

I like that I automatically get points every month to give to people! Im a Home Depot addict so every time I relieve points, I'm thinking about Home Depot haha. Another big plus is being able to add giphs to the shoutouts! Makes it so much more fun for me!

The only think that I didn't like was I couldn't see all the discounts on the phone version..

Awesome! The team really is great and very willing to listen to feedback to provide the best product!

Love that they are very focused on creating almost like a social media for employees. People are getting so used to seeking and giving recognition through social media and they are creating the same type of feel for employee recognition.

If I had to say one thing, it's simply that they are newer. But they have shown that they are one of the more innovative products and teams on the market. So being newer isn't always a bad thing. A fresh perspective and new thinking.

I enjoy using Nectar, it motivates me when I receive a shout out or recognition.

Ease of using the system, makes work fun, makes for a better day.

Don't have any dislikes at this time.

Overall, I would definitely love for any company to use Nectar because it improves morale and strengthens the team.

I actually think this is an awesome thing to implement in the work environment to encourage each other and strengthen the team!

I can only give certain people a potion of my allowance and not allowed any more than that certain amount for that month.

Overall, this is a fun and engaging product that I personally believe has introduced a new social aspect to work that just didn't exist before. Especially now during the time of Covid-19, with a lot of people working from home, we need all the positive social interactions we can get!

I love being able to send points to my coworkers when they help me out, and vice versa. It's really encouraging when you receive points for something you accomplished! What is a better way to recognize and appreciate someone for the work they've done than to send them the Nectar equivalent of money?

The only down-side for me is that there doesn't seem to be any metrics on the Leaderboards for who performed the most behavior bonuses, or who received the most behavior bonus points over time. I would like to see those in the future!

I like it, it's an easy way to show the people who you work with some love! I would like it better if we were able to send it to multiple people at the same time.

Ease of Access, sendable Gifs, I like that all employees are listed and not just the ones that work in the offices.

Lack of pts to give away, it would be more fun if we were given like 200pts per month, or 50per wk.
