I am required to use secure email with protected information and this product makes it simple for me to use.

Once it is set up there is nothing to do but click the button for secure emails. My clients have no trouble accessing the secure emails. And the service team is excellent.

The only con I have is one vendor cannot access it.

Works great. Is secure, works well for most of our people, and is quite convenient. Most people appreciate the virtual option for our services and it would not be possible without NeoCertified.

During the pandemic, NeoCertified worked well for offering our services virtually. Our program participants could turn in their personal documents to join without worrying about bad actors accessing their information. When you're talking birth certificates, social security cards, etc. - you want to be certain it's safe. We continue to use this service to this day.

The initial email often goes to the spam folder or gets flagged and people incorrectly assume it is not safe. Not sure how that can be corrected, but it did cause an inconvenience for some of our people.

We would recommend this service to anyone that needs to send documents securely. It has made sending documents so much easier for our office.

The only complaint I have had is the attachments are listed on the bottom of the email and many people are not used to looking for the information at the bottom. They always write me or call me and tell me you forgot to attach my document.

We have been using NeoCertified for over 5 years and it is the perfect solution for secure sharing confidential patient information, financials, proprietary business information and other sensitive communications. It is easy for us and the end users for reading and responding and the price is very competitive.

I would like the messages to remain in the "inbox" as well as showing up (when we respond) in the "track sent" file. Currently, it often migrates.

When sending email with this product, the recipient can easily open and read my encrypted email. I have used other products in the past and have had difficulty with the delivery system.

Has a reasonable per user cost, it's easy to use, and it integrates with Microsoft outlook very nicely.

My secure emails are often received in the recipient's junk or spam folder.
My recipients either have to reply to an old email to send me current documents months later or they have to request that I send a new email at the current time.
