The only feature I see that is still lacking is the multiple level approval process. They only allow a single level approval process.

If you are looking for a great way to invoice clients, I would not hesitate to try Nickel. It has saved us at least $1,000 this year and my clients say it is easy to use and they like it.

Easy to set up and utilize. It has taken me a little while to figure out how to organize things best so that I can find invoices easily, but that was user error and now that I've figured that out its been smooth sailing.

I wish it had a line by line where it added up the invoices for you - for instance if you are adding three invoices - it has a line for each one and adds up the total. Just keeps human error out of it.

I am more than pleased with their services. Whenever I need assistance, someone is always available either by chat or by phone. But I have rarely needed assistance due to the ease of use with this program. I would encourage anyone to use them.

I appreciate the service Nickel provides for payment processing. It doesn't penalize customers or business with constant fees when using bank account payments. Automated reminders, a professional personalized payment portal, and diverse integration options add significant value. The initial setup was also very easy making the transition from Quickbooks smooth and hassle free.

I use Nickel for direct deposits to independent contractors. It integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks, saving me time and costs. The setup was easy, and I previously faced issues using Zelle and Venmo. I highly recommend Nickel, rating it a ten for its efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Currently 0% invoicing fees for ACH transmissions. As a photographer, I don't like paying the typical 3% to receive credit card payments. My client's also don't like paying 3% to use a credit card for their payment. Its so easy to create payment links, attach the invoice, and get paid. Money arrives in the bank accounts in just 2 days.

it is good as a great alternative to the other platform that I was using for years. Support is quick to fix a problem. I didn't even submit a ticket. I just simply replied to an email about how my experience was. It was having many duplicate invoices and even when an invoice was changed within the system, it was producing those. Nickel got it fixed the very next day.

It is able to sync to the accounting platforms and easy to setup to. The customer support helped quickly resolve a minor problem.

I wish it can show me a total of the amount and the number of transactions for the invoices that weren't paid when I select them all.
I wish the transfers of funds were quicker. It isn't as fast as Melio. Maybe over time it might.

Overall, a very good experience. I moved from Melio because it was inconsistent with it's reporting and very frustating because of that. I found Nickel, gave it a try and has been very useful for my needs.

Simple to use. Reporting is solid. Unique links are a plus, and the emails are very timely. For my use case this is exactly what I need. While there are integrations that could be helpful, my use case needs SIMPLICITY and SPEED, and I feel like I get those.

Reporting, specifically export to CSV was missing a few columns that would be very helpful. It is not a deal breaker but was one thing that stood out. I would also like the ability to save customers and contacts.
