Simple and RELIABLE way for me to receive payment.
Date: Jun 04 2025SummaryOverall, a very good experience. I moved from Melio because it was inconsistent with it's reporting and very frustating because of that. I found Nickel, gave it a try and has been very useful for my needs.
PositiveSimple to use. Reporting is solid. Unique links are a plus, and the emails are very timely. For my use case this is exactly what I need. While there are integrations that could be helpful, my use case needs SIMPLICITY and SPEED, and I feel like I get those.
NegativeReporting, specifically export to CSV was missing a few columns that would be very helpful. It is not a deal breaker but was one thing that stood out. I would also like the ability to save customers and contacts.
