    Summary

    When I began working with the Nudge team and using their product I immediately noticed their forward-thinking and it hasn't stopped.

    After testing and trying multiple types of software solutions in my coaching business I was grateful to find Nudge and see that their solution was already quite comprehensive. More than this though, was their commitment to making the product better. Where I had seen other providers stop at "good enough" Nudge seemed to be thoroughly engaged in creating the best solution for their clients.

    Specifically, they built a foundational product with versatile and customizable features. As they learned they were attracting a broader audience they made the software offerings even more nimble, flexible, and customizable. For me, it's the perfect vehicle to offer my clients effective learning, broad measurement, and exceptional visibility for me and my coaches.

    The nudge team is innovative, forward-thinking, and are great to work with.

    Positive

    Pros:
    The product is fairly user-friendly, flexible, and very versatile in its use.
    The product is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
    The product is customizable to each individual user making the design of it really anything you want it to be.
    The team has always been knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. They answer questions we have to the best of their ability and are great to work with.
    Pricing is fair and when the potential is taken into account, the price is very much worth early investment.
    The company as a whole is innovative and ever searching for ways to improve its solution.

    Negative

    As stated in the pros, while there are GREAT features to this product there remains an opportunity for greater organization and automation throughout.
    The constraints within make it difficult (at least for my needs) to have a completely automated experience for users while still ensuring the customer experience is protected
    A few examples are that cards cannot be paused or stopped should someone leave a card incomplete - the process or sequence continues on
    Secondly, it is difficult to schedule different types of activities for weekdays or weekends only. Essentially things must be scheduled to repeat only one time, repeat weekly, or repeat every day. The workaround for this is to currently schedule the individual activity for each individual instance.

    These are minor issues as workarounds aren't difficult and the companies commitment to improvement is ever-present and evident through continuous updates.
