PSPDFKit allowed us to stay focused on our product while their team made sure that PDF functionality worked great on every platform that we support. They focused on innovating PDF editing, allowing us to save money and get our products to market faster.

It was a little expensive up front, but not when you consider how many platforms that they provide and the great customer service.

The options for lay-out and stability were important for us. We had some experience with other platforms but came to PSPDFKit because you can't beat the simplicity of implementation or the options to present your product in the best light.

Would like to see a real server based high-speed lossless compression for big files -our market has just enormous PDF's and we need to maintain quality for OCR.

PSPDFKit had great features too add to my note-taking app, and made my job implementing pdf and annotation functionality to my app significantly easier. The SwiftUI framework is well supported by the PSPDFKit SDK, but I'd like to see more features ported from UIKit to SwiftUI.

I liked how the SDK was well documented, so as a indie developer newbie it was fairly easy to understand how to implement pdf technology and features into my iOS app.

Because I'm using this SDK/technology for developing iOS apps, I would like to see more support for the SwiftUI framework. Currently, some of the more minute features that I needed only worked with UIKit and not SwiftUI.

Great experience not only with the products itself but also with support and PSPDFKit staff. We have been working with PSPDFKit for over 6 years at least and greatly appreciate the quality of all the tools and continuous updates and new features as well.

Quick and easy setup and integration into existing reading solutions. Like iOS, Android, Web. Fully featured and ideal for ebook platforms. We are able to use PSPDFKit for all our own and clients reading applications. Easy customization of ui. Great documentation as well.

Working with PSPDFKit was been a great experience. The tech is great and the team is extremely responsive. I'm very happy with the features we've already shipped with this SDK. I'm even more excited about what new features PSPDFKit will enable for us.

PSPDFKit performs phenomenally for pdf use cases. Rendering, editing, signing, redacting, and other functions are straightforward to implement. Everything is configurable and all api options are well documented. Being able to fully integrate on a trial with a watermark made it easy to develop a proof of concept.

License cost is not immediately straightforward or available for purchase. Although this means you can get a pricing plan that is tailored to your needs, its a lot more manual that I expected.

After looking for several pdf providers, we found that PSPDFKit was the better choice we could make, with several features that we need and a good performance, also being responsive. In few code lines, we can handle the integration smoothly.

The support for activating the account is very great. They offered calls to fully understand the product with a pricing aiming to our needs and context.
There are several examples of how to integrate and the platform runs smoothly. The support via e-mail is very fast in case you need.

Currently, PSPSDFKit has no cons to write in our first steps.

This product is excellent which lets us customize many features according to our need.
We don't need to add every feature to our license, we can only add the features which we find are useful to our use case, hence its cost effective.
The main features which I like are customizable User Interface,
content editor, office files support and digital signing and also the ability to merge multiple PDFs.

The document contains a great list of features and functions but I feel that the documentation should be a little bit elaborated with some Use Cases.

Working with PSPDFKit both on front-end, backend went smoothly without any major technical risks.
Can't wait for their cloud API to cover more features such as PDF to JSON.
Besides, working with their very patient and available pre-sales and support team was a real pleasure.

We could benefit from more flexibility in how menus are configured/customized.

We have been working with PSPDFKit since its inception for more than 10 years and we never change it. We were able to grow with them and find licence agreement that provides both party satisfaction. The support is also very efficient and quite fast. If the product does not provide a feature, there is always a workaround to make it work.

We have one framework for iOS, Android and web that provide the same feature across platform. This ease the integration and share knowledge amongst team.

Complex JS in PDF are sometime misinterpreted and slow.

None encountered during my usage. there is a slight learning curve but that is with every new thing you encounter.

We have had great experience using the library for the native apps for a number of years. Recently we migrated our web product to use their Web SDK to accomplish more close support of Adobe PDF spec, as well as bringing compatibility to mobile web and accessibility.

Their customer support has been very responsive at addressing our issues and incorporating fixes into their bi-weekly patches.

The best library to use for product development that requires processing PDF files that closely adhere to Adobe PDF spec. The web SDK offers consistent functionality with the native app version for iOS, Android, and has great support for mobile web browsers too. The out-of-box support for accessibility has been great if you want your product to support latest accessibility standards.

It can be a bit tricky at times to get it working seamlessly in the web due to its use of iframe.

Great product, will definitely consider using again in the future when developing applications that require the features supported.

It requires a large number of files to be included and published at a location within the context of the app. In my case this was a SharePoint app and the toolchain for app creation does not handle this scenario well so we had to manage deployment of these files separately.

No negative aspects, i cannot tell anything negative.

Good product, it's not very easy to setup if you are doing really customized projects that may involve some code.
Setting it up even with just React proved a little difficult, I think you need an experienced dev team to get the real functionality of the platform.

Really interesting product, it solves a real pain point in embedding PDFs that is really tough to do from the ground up.

Support is not very good and when you want to make your PDFs really customized, it's a really tough thing to do.
