    I think it has the potential to be a good CRM, but nothing is great. It's either ok or sub-par. The features that attracted us don't really work.

    Ease of use. There's not much more I can say. Sorry. I would love to, because I recommended the product, but good thing I'm the owner, or I would have gotten canned.

    Maps in the CRM doesn't work, was supposed to be fixed in six months, 18 months ago. Not great to identify people that are linked to companies. Often add people to companies that should't. The support is almost nonexistent.

    Overall a good CRM for a reasonable price. Customer service is helpful...if you call and leave a message they will return call fairly quickly. It's always nice to talk to have a live person who knows their stuff. Features are numerable and many can be personalized.

    Overall it is a good entry level CRM. Nutshell is fairly priced, and would be good for small business/professionals such as insurance or sales.

    It is easy to use, but could be made much better with a few upgrades.
    Can be used straight out of the box.

    The mobile app is useless.
    The calendar/ meeting should automatically place the address in the location section.
    The card scan is only 50% accurate.

    Wonderful customizable program that doesn't require you to recreate the wheel or need a programing degree to understand. I am not 'techy' at all and found this incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend!

    Incredibly easy to learn and use. Phenomenal customization options. Love that I can talk to a person to with questions. Many other CRM's have only an email or chat option. I learn better by doing and speaking with someone and this option is priceless. Even better is the truly take feedback to heart and in the two years I've been using the system, at least 2 of my 'suggestions' (and I'm sure others) have been implemented into their programing.
    Finally, I am a marketing consultant and recommend this to my clients. Beyond that, I actually will ONLY take on a new clients if they use this system; the one I recommend. I don't receive any incentive or kickbacks, it's just that good and the only CRM I wish to use while providing my marketing services. Highly recommend!

    Negative

    There are a few areas of content you can not remove, but it doesn't impact me too much I just hide them from my view on the leader board as I don't need that information.

    There are a few other small things that I wish the program would do, but nothing that is a deal breaker. The fact that this is so easy to use makes up for those small issues.

    As both and Admin and User for 2+ years, Nutshell is a GREAT value in CRM and is MUCH better than much more complicated and expensive options. Very highly recommended.

    Very easy to get Nutshell up and running. Customization is fairly easy to get done for almost any purpose. Most of the limits inherent to the platform are fairly easy to work around.
    Overall, Nutshell is a great value given its functionality.

    Missing a couple of features, most especially there needs to be a way to easily create and track recurring sales.
    Reporting is "fairly" easy, but report generation could be a bit smoother / easier.
    Customer support is "ok" but not fantastic. It can sometimes be tough to get a really quick answer to immediate needs.

    We've been using NS for several years and have always been pleased. Perhaps it's my line of work, but compared to other solutions, we found the UI to be much more intuitive and "friendly". A well thought-out app.

    - Pleasant and inviting UI: encourages all team members to use the app as intended (even new team members)
    - Feature rich: all necessary features needed for our purposes

    - Strong and prompt support

    - Gmail gives ability to undo a sent email and also pre-schedule an email. Would be nice for NS to follow suit
    - If you need to move an appointment from one month to another, rather than select the day of the week, you need to first select the month then the date (scraping bottom of barrel for that con)

    Nutshell has a really good user friendly layout and great customer service! Wufoo integration is great. Email onboard is really good. Plays very nicely with GSuite as well.

    Would like to see a better quoting integration other than PandaDoc. Also would like to see a QuickBooks interface of some sorts. Those are wish list items. There isn't much not to like about Nutshell.

    Great company and systems work well. easy to use and learn. Overall, once the system is learned it does become a very effective program. The change over from Highrise was complicated by Highrise and the staff did sort it out at Nutshell and made it work. Great people to work with.

    The site is one of the best for CMS. Easy to use, and real people to answer questions if needed. The letter campaigns available have worked well. The creation of new letters, once one learns the system are easy to create and effective.

    The price is steep. What they need is a middle plateau level. $60/mo. is reasonable. There are some hidden items that need to be clicked that are not intuitive from the my standpoint.
