I manage all staff Nutshell accounts and it would be nice if i could work on 1 main account (mine) and copy/paste/ cards to other accounts to keep everything the same.

I think it has the potential to be a good CRM, but nothing is great. It's either ok or sub-par. The features that attracted us don't really work.

Ease of use. There's not much more I can say. Sorry. I would love to, because I recommended the product, but good thing I'm the owner, or I would have gotten canned.

Maps in the CRM doesn't work, was supposed to be fixed in six months, 18 months ago. Not great to identify people that are linked to companies. Often add people to companies that should't. The support is almost nonexistent.

Overall a good CRM for a reasonable price. Customer service is helpful...if you call and leave a message they will return call fairly quickly. It's always nice to talk to have a live person who knows their stuff. Features are numerable and many can be personalized.

-Wish duplicates could be avoided easier
-Wish there was a quick chat application for support
-Nutshell Marketing - only a few choices as far as how many contacts. Wish I could pick a number instead of how many are currently in our CRM since we are not interested in sending newsletters to many of the contacts we have.

Overall, Nutshell is a pretty outstanding and super easy-to-use CRM platform. It provides streamlined sales and email marketing management with a powerful sales pipeline visualization. I highly recommend Nutshell for any size of the organization.

Nutshell automates the casual day-to-day processes in sales and marketing. The whole platform is very easy to operate and it makes customer relationship management fun. Intuitive templates for email marketing. Detailed lead and approach status section.

No reminder to contact leads. It would be great if they offer this ability.

Great CRM, helps the sales team all work to the same goal, and win more projects. Adding more features regularly too.

Great program, their API is very easy to use. We integrated to our ERP. Very good dashboard overview.

Sometimes takes a few days to respond to emails, as we are in Australia.

After scouring the market for a comprehensive product, this was very satisfying, after finding a lot of other products dreary or lacking substance and overcomplicated. This was not, It had all in one usage for me such as email marketing, leads, sales flow, email read receipts, and ability to customise.

Cant separate data from other colleges very well.

Overall it is a good entry level CRM. Nutshell is fairly priced, and would be good for small business/professionals such as insurance or sales.

It is easy to use, but could be made much better with a few upgrades.
Can be used straight out of the box.

The mobile app is useless.
The calendar/ meeting should automatically place the address in the location section.
The card scan is only 50% accurate.

Wonderful customizable program that doesn't require you to recreate the wheel or need a programing degree to understand. I am not 'techy' at all and found this incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Incredibly easy to learn and use. Phenomenal customization options. Love that I can talk to a person to with questions. Many other CRM's have only an email or chat option. I learn better by doing and speaking with someone and this option is priceless. Even better is the truly take feedback to heart and in the two years I've been using the system, at least 2 of my 'suggestions' (and I'm sure others) have been implemented into their programing.
Finally, I am a marketing consultant and recommend this to my clients. Beyond that, I actually will ONLY take on a new clients if they use this system; the one I recommend. I don't receive any incentive or kickbacks, it's just that good and the only CRM I wish to use while providing my marketing services. Highly recommend!

There are a few areas of content you can not remove, but it doesn't impact me too much I just hide them from my view on the leader board as I don't need that information.

There are a few other small things that I wish the program would do, but nothing that is a deal breaker. The fact that this is so easy to use makes up for those small issues.

I love the chat and ability to connect with a representative to talk through best practices. The ability for the user to make their own dashboard, pipeline and ease of pulling reports/data is fantastic!

The platform is so customizable. Each user can have their own experience and utilize the CRM as they need. I can organize my leads to stay efficient and prioritize next steps.

It's so customizable, ha, it can feel overwhelming due to all the pieces, features and functionalities.

Nutshell provides us a way to track most of our data from the source, allowing us to create cleaner funnels, more targeted marketing and allows us to spend our time focused on the most important part of our business, our customers!

Great product overall. As an administrator it has been set it and forget it for the most part as end users tend to not have too many problems and they are easy to fix quickly.

Nutshell has been easy for employees to pickup and jump right in. Intuitive and easy to learn. Definitely recommend.

As both and Admin and User for 2+ years, Nutshell is a GREAT value in CRM and is MUCH better than much more complicated and expensive options. Very highly recommended.

Very easy to get Nutshell up and running. Customization is fairly easy to get done for almost any purpose. Most of the limits inherent to the platform are fairly easy to work around.
Overall, Nutshell is a great value given its functionality.

Missing a couple of features, most especially there needs to be a way to easily create and track recurring sales.
Reporting is "fairly" easy, but report generation could be a bit smoother / easier.
Customer support is "ok" but not fantastic. It can sometimes be tough to get a really quick answer to immediate needs.

We've been using NS for several years and have always been pleased. Perhaps it's my line of work, but compared to other solutions, we found the UI to be much more intuitive and "friendly". A well thought-out app.

- Pleasant and inviting UI: encourages all team members to use the app as intended (even new team members)
- Feature rich: all necessary features needed for our purposes
- Integrates with Google suite
- Strong and prompt support

- Gmail gives ability to undo a sent email and also pre-schedule an email. Would be nice for NS to follow suit
- If you need to move an appointment from one month to another, rather than select the day of the week, you need to first select the month then the date (scraping bottom of barrel for that con)

My personal experience with Nutshell has been almost exclusively positive. A fantastic budget CRM. With all of the information and customization options available, Nutshell definitely goes toe to toe with some of the big name CRM's - while still remaining affordable.

Back in the day I was a Salesforce customer. I would recommend this to anyone looking to start out new with or simplify their CRM.

Nutshell has a really good user friendly layout and great customer service! Wufoo integration is great. Email onboard is really good. Plays very nicely with GSuite as well.

Would like to see a better quoting integration other than PandaDoc. Also would like to see a QuickBooks interface of some sorts. Those are wish list items. There isn't much not to like about Nutshell.

Nutshell has been my favorite CRM for a while now. I love the ease of use and the features are just what I needed to take the next step with my business. I'm ready to take another step, so I need Nutshell to keep improving. More marketing features are an exciting part of the journey. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Text campaigns would be great.

Pipelines are easy to build and improve our business flow. the audience and broadcast features are very helpful to me.

No text campaign functionality. Audiences don't grow organically. it's a manual set up each time.

I typically add items to the system at least weekly and love the fact you can categorize several different ways and therefore can pull up lists or groupings of folks when we need them for possible investments. I am happy to be a resource for folks that want to learn more.

I haven't found one other than we have a limited number of folks from our team using it. Those that do find it helpful.

Great company and systems work well. easy to use and learn. Overall, once the system is learned it does become a very effective program. The change over from Highrise was complicated by Highrise and the staff did sort it out at Nutshell and made it work. Great people to work with.

The site is one of the best for CMS. Easy to use, and real people to answer questions if needed. The letter campaigns available have worked well. The creation of new letters, once one learns the system are easy to create and effective.

The price is steep. What they need is a middle plateau level. $60/mo. is reasonable. There are some hidden items that need to be clicked that are not intuitive from the my standpoint.

I am a BD Associate and love using Nutshell because it is simple and efficient. The customer support is also really helpful and they are always pushing the envelope with new features.

- Bulk drip campaigns are not an option directly through Nutshell, but possible through a third party linked to Nutshell.
