Convenience of drag and drop interface with Chrome. Button to copy link from web interface to email. Very little issue with outside users ability to access files.

Not universally supported by all browsers such as Firefox. Those that don't use it routinely seem to forget how to use it.

If I had one con it would be that you cannot modify docs like you can on Office 365 file share.
