What is Onfinity ERP?
Onfinity (formerly VIENNA Advantage) is an open source ERP and CRM built for manufacturers and used well beyond them: accounts, purchase, sales, stock, manufacturing, HR and projects on one system, with a low-code platform underneath. Four editions, one of them free.
What is in it. Accounts: general ledger, receivables, payables, bank and cash, budgets, several companies each with its own books, calendar and currency. Purchase: requisition, request for quotation, purchase order, goods receipt, supplier bill, landed cost on imports. Sales and CRM: quotation, order, shipment, invoice, a price list per customer, quantity discounts, leads, opportunities, the customer's history. Stock: warehouses and bins, batches with expiry, minimum and maximum per product per warehouse, transfers confirmed on both sides, picking in waves. Manufacturing: multi-level bill of materials, work orders, multi-level MRP, make to order with the sales order line on the work order. Projects: phases, tasks, budget against actual, time and expenses, milestone invoicing. HR: employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, appraisals; payroll in the paid editions.
Editions. Pluto, the community edition: free and open source, the same code, no user limit, you host it. SME Cloud: hosted, per user per month, with a support desk, payroll and country tax modules such as India GST and e-Invoicing. Nova: for companies running several plants or entities, cloud or your own servers, by quotation. Galaxy: for groups and public bodies, by quotation.
Platform: the Application Dictionary adds windows, fields, rules, workflows and reports without changing the core, so the system fits the company and still upgrades. Dashboards, mobile app, Onfinity Market. C#/.NET, HTML5 client, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
