Overall I've been happy with Opensend. Set up was easy, their team did basically everything for us. Implementing with Klaviyo was a breeze and we started seeing additional revenue come in really quickly.

Super easy implementation, great communication from the Opensend team, team is always willing to hop on a call to get things figured out.

I wish they had the ability to qualify the emails for us before passing them to our ESP, as I've done with other similar companies before.

They provided all the necessary details, allowing me to confidently introduce the brands I work with to this new platform. When implementing any new platform that identifies site visitors, it can initially seem concerning. However, having a comprehensive plan to nurture these contacts is crucial. We received excellent resources to support this process. While some best practices may not suit every brand and service, nothing stood out as problematic. Just ensure to monitor early on and adjust the strategy as needed.

The team at Opensend made it incredibly easy to get up and running, and start collecting high intent email addresses from engaged users, that can be remarketed to using our both owned and paid channels.

Opensend enables us to easily and seamless collect emails from highly engaged site visitors with a high propensity to buy. It is easy to setup, with the ability to get live the same day you sign up, especially if using common tools like Shopify and Klaviyo.

I would love to see some more controls over the collection rules, and timing, to be a bit more precise with the user types we are collecting and re-marketing too.

We've been able to generate a significant amount of revenue for our business using Opensend. The price may seem high - but is absolutely worth it. The key is to be persistent and patient in your email flows and campaigns. Keep sending emails AND make sure you have reliable way to track revenue from Opensend.

Ease of use + Zapier Integration. You don't have to babysit the platform - just set up Zapier to send contacts to your email marketing platform and let it run!

It would be awesome to have a built in email marketing platform so we could do everything within Opensend.

Switching from Retention.com to Opensend was a great choice for us - we have been able to collect higher quality leads, which has increased our last click revenue. The pricing is competitive to Retention.com, and the UI is easy for any level of team member to use. If you are trying to chose an anon lead capture platform, this is the best one in ecom.

Opensend allows us to identify anonymous site traffic and tie it back to an email using their proprietary identity graph. Their graph is much stronger vs. competitor solutions.

I think they are quite expensive but we have seen strong enough ROI to justify the cost.

I have had nothing but a great experience using OpenSend and interacting with their team. Unfortunately our client has decided to move away from using this service as they are cutting expenses and restructuring but we are very happy with the results.

Love the quality and easy with which we collect leads using this platform; also the UX of the dashboard is fantastic; the support is great - they care and walk you thru step by step and reporting is great as well. Couldn't recommend more - and I've tried the big competitors as well.

Nothing comes to mind - but we've tried also their postal service, wherein you can also deploy postcard direct mail to prospects collected - awaiting results; will update when received.

The only thing that I think could be improved is attribution. It's been a little tough to find out exactly what revenue is attributed to Opensend, but it's enough to know that it's worth it so I can't complain!
