We have been with OptimisPT since the end of 2012 and I really find them to be super supportive of the practitioners and practices that use their EMR. They answer support tickets quickly and they are always on top of compliance issues. The OptimisPT team makes the user feel like they have your back. When so many other things in the health business bring you down, OptimisPT works hard to support you and keep you at your best! They never make you feel stupid when you have questions or don't understand something new and improved that they have added. I also think that cost is quite reasonable although I have not priced any EMR since late in 2012.

We switched from paper to this EMR and that was difficult which I am sure it would have been regardless of which EMR we had chosen.
Sometimes when updates are made, the functionality with iPads is not exactly the same as with a computer, but they always try to fix it.

We are very pleased with this EMR platform and appreciate the great relationship with Chae and Hart, who have demonstrated over and over that they are committed to providing our staff and patients an excellent experience. They feel like a true extension of our own company. Great partners to have in the EMR industry. We continue to be impressed with their determination, support, and ingenuity with the platform!

OptimisPT has a great team of people! From our client rep to the development manager, this team is very supportive, friendly, transparent, innovative, and open to client feedback. The scheduling, documentation and billing have an effective workflow, support compliance requirements, and look to improve on all they do.

Initially - a few features were not as smooth as we had liked, but with development updates, these were addressed. This vendor looks to improve on feature deficits. Recent upgrade to their scheduling feature to improve efficiency of scheduling multiple appointments.

I have used several EMR Rehabilitation systems. OptimisPT is the strongest system I have used and the only one that includes clinical decision support. This is something that benefits novice and season therapists alike. Great level of customization and templates to expedite time of documentation. The system also has templates for Pelvic, Pediatrics, OT, and SLP. Robust compliance with note auditing by payor type rules. Great easy of admin team tasking and communication with all team members and departments.
