    I think Order.co is a very functional product and streamlines our bulk inventory ordering process. Also very user friendly.

    I like the accessibility of the platform. It is super easy and convenient to use and my orders are processed so quickly.

    Not having all the inventory supplies available to order that I need. This is no fault to this platform but getting the appropriate approval from my company to upload and customize our repository.

    I don't care for the split orders, that don't allow you to receive materials if you're still waiting on vendor approval for a portion of the order.

    I love Order.co and I’ve used it at two businesses I’ve worked for. One of which had close to 500 employees and now a much smaller organization.

    I love being able to set schedules and have items that we use regularly come to the store automatically. The bonus of being able to see what others within the organization are getting helps us generate great ideas.

    Some ordering minimums and canceled items can have an exceedingly long delay in arriving.

    However, their customer service team is wonderful.
    That tells me they're going to continue to improve and develop as time goes on, looking forward to a 10/10 in the near future.

    I love how it cumulates multiple sites into one program, this allows for the easiest commercial inventory ordering process I've ever experienced.

    It's also great they have order history factored into automatic ordering processes.

    I only wish they use more vendors, that way, there could be a broader range of items.

    This website makes ordering easy, fast and efficient in a busy work office. Items are grouped per category yet there is still a search menu for products. One of my favorite features is the substitute option when your items are in cart. When an item you shop is not available you can substitute it for a similar item, as well as one with savings. a win win. Overall shopping experience on the app is fun and easy.

    It been a wonderful experience so far ! It’s super easy to create new orders as well as track them after they been placed.

    Having all the store we make purchases from under one program make it much easier. No collection multiple receipts. No more adding up all the receipts. If something is out of stock the customer service agents reach out to you to help.

    An Understaffed Office Life Saver

    Order has been a life saver for me. I work in the billing department at our Law Firm and ended up having the Supply ordering tacked onto my already heavy workload. This program has made ordering a breeze. Any issues I have, I send the team a message and they get right back to me with a fix. All of the specialty items we order are in my list and I can simply add them to my cart and checkout in less than a minute.

    I can easily order and reorder Law Firm specialty products. Order handles ALL of the issues associated with ordering supplies for me, returns and all. I can add any item and if the item is out of stock at the store I selected, Order will automatically have a team member search for the same product elsewhere and for the best deal so we don't have to miss out on important items. Order has even found better and cheaper versions of the items we normally purchase that I have now used exclusively since.

    The only trouble I have is with the layout, I think for a new user it can be a little confusing to find what you're looking for.
