Great and easy tool for SDR'S

We have to do everything from Outreach (cold calls, sequenced emails, leave voicemails, etc) so it helps us save a lot of time and we can contact more people per day. It is really time efficient.
PositiveAs an SDR, I love how simple it is to create and edit sequences. On a daily basis we send a lot of emails so it's very important to have a tool that makes it as simple as possible. We have to do everything from Outreach (cold calls, sequenced emails, leave voicemails, etc) so it helps us save a lot of time and we can contact more people per day. It is really time efficient.

Valuable tool to manage an SDR team
Date: Sep 02 2020SummaryI've had a very positive experience. This is a sales power tool with a fairly large learning curve. Whoever is managing the sales team will need to roll their sleeves up and learn how to set up sequences, teams, templates, and more.
A must have for managing an SDR team. We have had less success getting adoption with our more senior sales directors, but that is not uncommon. The newer the sales rep, the better potential for ROI multiplying you have with this product.PositiveOutreach allows my organization to exponentially grow each rep's output while also allowing management to control the sales narrative. This tool allows me keep track of my SDR team's activity and manage a large team with very little effort.
I have grown my SDR team from zero to over 10 reps in under 6 months. The premade sequences allow a brand new SDR who has never been in sales to become value producing in their very first month.

It would be better if outreach provided clearer guidance on the organizational settings (max emails per day, max people to put in a sequence per day, etc) there are a ton of settings and we had to learn the hard way about how to set each one. Now that we have it dialed in we have no problem with that anymore.
