    Summary

    Overall experience with Ozonetel's call center software was pretty good. We're safe to say that after so many years we finally found the call center software with effective and productive features like AI-enabled Omnichannel Solution, Live call monitoring dashboards and Flexible dialer modes that helped us in all aspects.
