Really excellent, i tried other platforms as credly or accredible but they dont have a free tier and those platforms looks little bit old! I recommend everybody to try this platform!

The balance is great, much easier to use than other similar solutions, they have a free unlimited version and I can actually send NFT certificates that are interoperable!!

You can send acknowledgments in bulk and customize absolutely everything. It has a free version and NFTs on the Blockchain! I haven't seen it anywhere else.

I didn't find many opportunities for improvement, it's quite intuitive and I was able to do everything I needed.

Honestly, nothing significant. After exploring other platforms like Credly or Accredible, POK feels more complete and more aligned with modern standards. Any initial onboarding questions were quickly solved by their support team. The platform is still evolving, so new features are added regularly — and that’s actually a strength.

I have used POK´s NFTs to certify knowledge being acquire by students during my academy's courses. They are a solid tool in terms of cybersecurity because of their public-blockchain based NFTs that are very simple to design and emit. Nevertheless, their employability feature is the one that most caought my eye and the one i most appreciate about their product. I can track my students evolution in the market after they receibe a credential. That has already helped me develop specific courses based on skills that are being highly valued in the market.

Their attention is impeccable. I totally recommend this tool if you are part of any institution.

The platform is very easy to use and they have a great service. The credentials security is guaranteed beacuse of their NFTs. They are based on a public blockchain so I am assured that the certificates are either property of my institution or property of my students. I can track my students employability. I can customize the hole process with my institutions branding. They have free web2 certificates that also very good; difference is that those certificates are not located on any blockchain, they are just a PDF like any other platform has (not for free though). I can emit NFTs in bulk in just some minutes!

So far I have not had any problem. I have already emitted some 3600 certificates and 1000 badges.

Although POK has some challenges, they are actually opportunities to grow and stand out in the market.

Although POK's proposal is very good, there are some points that could be improved:

Little visibility outside Latin America: It is not yet as well known worldwide as other similar platforms.

Lack of education on the subject: Many institutions do not fully understand what a real NFT credential on blockchain is. More educational material and clear examples are needed.
POK needs to change that perception and explain its true value.

Solving our need for digital credentials with these guys has been amazing. Their platform is super simple, and their team was super responsive when we had doubts along the way.

POK not only provides tamper-proof verifiable credentials. They also provide durable NFTs on public blockchains, giving the grantee actual ownership over its certs.

Their APIs and plugins made it really easy to integrate with our existing LMS and straight into our existing processes.

These guys were not easy to find. Their website sure has space for improvement so they're more easy to find in Google.

If handled well, they could catapult the company to an even more solid global leadership position. The challenges it faces today are the perfect ground to build very strong competitive advantages.
