    I absolutely love PandaDoc - I use it daily, and would absolutely thoroughly recommend to others. As a self-employed sole trader, working within outsourced HR - this has got everything I need with regard to Contract of Employment and onboarding forms/documents. It is so easy to use - even people that are not totally au-fait with using IT/the computer, it's so user friendly. I cannot recommend this app enough.

    Above average. We use PandaDoc all day and I really do like it. It can use a little bit of tweaking.

    - Saves paper!

    Negative

    - when you "edit" a document it says it will "clear" the signature and date. It would be SUPER helpful if it has *also* said, that all other inputs will still be saved.
    -Some areas we MUST have filled it, not just the signature and date. It would be great if those were mandatory since our students/clients skip some parts...

    -some parts are filled in on one side and not on our side. It's happening more frequently.

    My overall experience has been fantastic! I needed to talk to customer service once, and they were helpful and accommodating and quickly solved the problem for me. I'm sold on PandaDoc and tell my colleagues about it.

    PandaDoc is easy to use and user-friendly. I like that I can always go back and get a previously signed document. I like the official certificate at the end when it is all signed. It's a little thing but sure does help when presenting the document to the judge. I like the emails that are sent to me as each person views and signs the document and I appreciate that the email addresses that I've typed in a stored so that I don't have to type each email in again for some of the same parties that I need signatures for several times in a row.

    Negative

    Sometimes mistakes happen, and an email address is typed in incorrectly. I wish there were a way to go back and change the email address once it is discovered instead of creating the document all over again. That is my only concern.

    PandaDoc enables me to quickly upload contracts, listing forms and other required documents and send to clients and buyers for easy signing. It is a very simple and easy to navigate application that saves time and money. You can send contracts to multiple buyers and have them returned, fully signed in minutes.

    It would be a lot more functional being able to enter information directly to the document when in the app however there seems to be that ability in the upgraded subscription version. There really is not any other negative I can provide.

    This has been a great blessing for the tedious nature of my work. We have to document and get high volume of signatures or initials on legal documents on a daily basis. This was extremely stressful in the past due to scheduling multiple meetings with clients. But with PandaDoc, I can get 10 times more work done on an average day, thanks to it's convenience.

    Overall PandaDoc is fantastic! We initially came in very skeptical and we had some bumps at the very beginning. PandaDoc went above and beyond to make things right for us and to keep us as customers. When renewal time came around, I had no time getting it approved from my upper management because they were so happy with the product and service we have received. Now, I can't speak highly enough of PandaDoc to everyone!

    Customer service is A++! This company truly cares about not only their customer's happiness, but their success as well. They also offer top notch help & support available 24/7 for any questions you have on using the software. Out of all the important things a document signing service should offer, I really feel Customer Service and Support/Training are the two most important things and PandaDoc does both very well. In the Support and Training area, they have training videos, live chat, email and phone support. I always receive prompt call backs and emails. Their customer service and help/support is the best of anyone I've ever worked with. They also do quarterly check ins to help you assess how you can use PandaDoc to become more efficient and address any concerns you have with using PandaDoc. I also love the the Dashboard as I am able to see everything at a glance. They also offer fantastic audit tracking of your documents sent so you can easily see all of activity of your documents.

    Negative

    Only 1! Trying to modify the name and/or email of the Signer is extremely cumbersome. I wish there was an easier way to do this. That is the only negative I can think of.

    If you have used an email address previously, it will pre-populate when typing it again. You can also send reminder emails to people when waiting on responses. Making items mandatory is helpful. Emails keeping up with the status of the document are also helpful.

    Negative

    On the basic version, you cannot edit a document or change an email address. You would have to completely start over. This is time consuming.

    I have been very happy using the free edition available on-line. This edition fits my budget and provides me with the electronic signature service I need.

    Aside from the price, (who doesn't like free?), I love the signature certificate can be printed on the back of the document...kind of like a notary stamp.
    This feature allows my contracts to have the signatures authentication easily traceable.

    Negative

    I only use PDF documents with PandaDoc. If I find the document's content needs a revision, I go back to the original document and make the change using the initial software, re-save the document as a PDF, then re-import it into Panda-doc for electronic signature.

    Overall, this e-signature solution will fulfill most needs. Their free option is great for simple businesses and should be sufficient.

    PandaDoc is an easy to use electronic signature application. In a matter of minutes you can upload a document, insert signature fields, and send it out for signature. The system will email it out directly to any email address you input. Alternatively, you can obtain a link so that you can send out an email from your address and include a link to the document needing signature.

    Negative

    The only con is the date is defaulted to a date field format other than Month/Day/Year and the default is one that isn't normally used. So you have to go through a few extra clicks to change the date field format to a standard DD/MM/YY or DD-MM-YY.

    The UI & UX is good, but the interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate.
    Not a huge deal but when scaling, it is important to realize pricing is subscription-based, which can be expensive for some users.
