No real cons other than we may be looking for more advanced features. The support team has been responsive and most of our needs are being developed currently to be implemented in 2025.

I didn't have a very sophisticated website before using park or have a lot of experience with other software tools but this has to be the best campground booking software tool out there. The biggest pro is how much time it saves — guests can book online without needing to call, which significantly reduces phone inquiries. The intuitive interface makes it easy to track bookings, cancellations, and availability in real time, minimizing the risk of incorrect bookings which we had been struggling with.

As far as cons go, it just took some time to get fully set up and trained since I am not super tech-savvy but their support was great so it was much easier than I expected.
