The IP enrichment API is exclusively available for enterprise use (other than a very small quota for self service trial)

Overall a good product to figure out people/employee-related metrics or insights, even though there's some flaw.

A lot of interesting people/employee related datapoint, clear documentation and regular updates. Interesting insights such as growth.

Pricing is a bit expensive for aggregated/bulk retrieval. Search part of the API could be better, esp. in dealing with complex searches.

Overall positive feedback for the product. It gives good coverage. But if you’re just seeking profile data there are other alternatives.

Their people search is much more powerful than most other products out there but the data can be stale sometimes.

The apis are quite stable and coverage of data is good. I haven’t observed any major issues with the product or apis. Contact data is quite good.

It is a bit on the expensive side and the profile data that we get can be stale and might need an update. Eg. Jobs could be old.

Overall it delivers what it says, It was very easy to join and start using the APIs to test and validate my hypothesis

While they offer extensive data enrichment, we have to be vigilant in maintaining compliance.

Pretty good. Gets the job done but there are definitely ways to improve data triangulation. Certain fields are more useful than others.

Generally good but some geographic coverage gaps. Doesn’t charge for 404 results. Many fields included.

Breaking if some fields are null. Formatting could better. Confidence score is opaque.

I’ve tried several different products for enhancing customer data and people data labs is by far the best one out there. It’s incredibly well documented, very simple to learn, and we were up and running using python within a half hour.

The API is very easy to use and the documentation is incredibly thorough. It not only gives you detailed explanations but also sample code in a number of different languages. One of the best features is the query builder which allows you to play with the search capabilities and determine Approximate number of results. It then gives you the code that you can use. The support team has been fantastic as well, and has been a great source of guidance with questions.

The cost can get pretty expensive however you only charged when results are retrieved which is nice. The throttle limit on how many queries can be sent per minute using people search is a little prohibitive.

The first thing I liked is the speed, compared to similar products People data labs are very fast in returning results. Also, the format of the data is easily manageable.

There could be more data and probably a history of data with changed date.

Great vendor for enriching MQL data and creating custom "web hook based" workflows. I wish I knew about PDL sooner.

I've been using PDL to create custom Zapier and Integromat enrichment workflows. While the other vendors are alright, People Data Labs' focus on the API part is golden.

It’s really good and by far the best enrichment CRM platform on the market, it’s very API focused which is something a lot of the alternatives don’t really focus on.

In addition to pulling information about People and companies from various sources, People Data labs have great documentation and awesome support. Their website is super easy to use with detailed analytics on where and how many API calls have been made.
