I really like working in PIM and all the different features that it has. From a data point of view I need to review large amounts of data and PIM allows me to do this by importing and exporting data. I can set columns and choose the information that I need to see. Also, for updating, PIM is our main platform so any amends that I do in PIM will filter down overnight to our other systems that our company use.

Easy to navigate through the different features, easily import and export product data from the system. I am able to update data on a large amount of codes at once. PIM is our main data platform so I only need to amend the data in one system which will filter down through to our other systems.

Slow and sluggish when a lot of users are using PIM at once. Sometimes due to a number of people in my team PIM can run slower than usual which takes time for amends to happen in our system. This can just be a little time consuming when I am sat waiting for product data to update if it is in a queue of jobs.

Overall, my experience with Pimberly has been extremely positive. The platform has significantly improved our product management processes, providing a streamlined and efficient solution for handling our diverse range of products. The intuitive interface makes navigation a breeze, even when dealing with complex parent/child variants. Additionally, the continuous addition of new features showcases Pimberly's commitment to enhancing user experience and staying ahead of industry needs.

There is no really any downsides, whenever we had an issue or a bug it was always looked at almost instantly.

My overall experience with Pim has been a good one and I generally enjoy using the system. As I said above I like that you can personalise it to what you want to see and what you use the most as been the data team that is important we can do that at a glance without going into each individual product.

The system is easy to use and you can personalise it to what you want to see within your own view. The team find it easy with it having the drop downs and been self explanatory and easy to use which makes our lives easy when we use it all day every day

Imports and Exports and sometimes slow which can be frustrating

Pimberly has been a great tool for our organization. Initial setup and integration took longer than expected due to the extent of customizations of our webstore. The support and integration teams were super helpful during the entire process and we're able to get the PIM up and running for us.

Implementation took longer than expected mostly due to our stores customizations and getting the PIM to interface with those correctly.

An excellent piece of software, allowed our company to process 10x the amount of stock as we did prior to using Pimberly. Support is also excellent and are always on hand to assist in anything big or small.

Automate every part of the product creation process. With use of datasets, you can be sure there will be no spelling mistakes or any other chances of human error.

A few features such an duplicating automations or matching images to products in numerical order (issues specific to our needs) not currently available. New features are being implemented all the time however.

Smooth transition from no PIM at all to implementing Pimberly. Training provided along the whole process and monthly check-ins. Their Customer service is fantastic.

Pimberly is really easy to use. The Customer Service is easily 5 star. Never afraid to ask them for help.
The flexibility Pimberly offers us has benefited the whole business.

Visibility of what the Decision table and Workflows are one created, option for titles would be ideal. However, Pimberly takes onboard any of your recommendations of improvement and try to implement them where possible.

Overall, I have a good experience with Pimberly and if I was to work for another company and decided how they manage products. I would recommend Pimberly.

The dam has a quick upload function. It is very quick to use, no tutorial needed and means that any image I upload for a product, shows up alongside the product as we use a naming convention that Pimberly recognises and will put the image/PDF to the right media area for the product. It is very easy and only requires minor input from me and my image editor colleagues. I can also make changes to the images in the DAM very easy, for example renaming. And I like that we can revert back to a previous image of the same name if needed. I use Pimberly daily so these features mean I can do what I need to do without fear of problems.

I have not used Customer Support but my superiors have and they have come back quickly from my experience with any queries. I am also unaware of the pricing so I have no problems with it.

There doesn't seem to be an inbuilt way to download mass amounts of images/PDF's without having to use a channel and then a subsequent script. If that feature was implemented, it would be very handy.

I also think Indigo Pimberly is a lot slower than the previous version e.g when I upload an image for a product, it sometimes takes a while for it to attach to the product. The previous version did not have that problem for me at least.

Excellent - Pimberly enables our business to create great online product packages and this helps our international partners especially who use this for their PLU package. Easy to update with no products and organise.

Took a little while to learn how to get the most out of the package but once mastered became very intuitive.

Great software makes it easy and faster to upload products to my webstore. I can list much faster with many tools and customizations.

Pimberly is a great product management system with a lot of useful features but can be unclear when trouble shooting problematic data.

Despite a few bugs which can be expected with an in-depth system as Pimberly, one of the redeeming aspects is its support team. Whenever issues arise, the support team is known for their quick and effective response. They are diligent in addressing and resolving problems.

Overall my experience with Pimberly is extremely positive. It is extremely easy to use and also user friendly.

Pimberly makes access all of your product simple and easy, ensuring you are able to access all you data on the touch of a button.

Pimberly can occasionally be a little slow, this can happen at various times but other than this there is nothing else I can think of.

My experience so far has been good, and i am enjoying using Pimberly it has been very useful to me for what i need it for.

All information i need to look at the different products we do as well as have images of the products when i need to see the product we don't have any in stock.

I wish there were more options to include measurements for products

Overall PIMs is a great platform for managing, optimising and storing large amounts of product information and doing it very accurately and seamlessly making your life a lot easier to navigate around hundreds of products.

As we have over 600 products listed on our website which is split over 5 regions around the world the use of PIMs has now been what we call our 'source of truth' meaning when something doesn't align on Shopify we know that all our stored data product information on PIMs is accurate and has played a fundamental role as we encounter issues daily on our websites.

At first I found PIMS quite confusing to navigate around and I don't think its something you could teach yourself, you actually need consistent training and support because there are always roadblocks and some can be quite difficult to figure out on your own.

Pimberly has made the creation, storage and output of data consistent, easy and robust. It is also great to work with a company who are always trying to improve; for example, Product Grading. A few months ago I was pro-actively approached to see if I would like to have automatic grading of my products to that I could identify and address areas of weakness, the face to face training and implementation was all done free of charge and it is yet another reason why I feel as though Pimberly understand the importance the real world application of their product and are looking to create long-term symbiotic relationships with their customers.

It's great to have a "one ring to rule them all" approach to product data, once the data is happily residing in the PIM you can easily (and automatically) update it with feeds and send it out with API channels and outputting files to SFTP locations.

Also, if you want to make any changes then their support team and account management are second to none.

It's a distant memory now and things have massively improved in recent years however the initial setup took longer than expected.

Pimberly is constantly evolving with the needs of our team and business. It's simple to use and can be personalised to the user. Any problems or concerns are resolved quickly.

The interface is really user friendly and can be personalised to your role or specific user requirements. The use of imports and exports are great for aligning and data analysis.

On rare occasions it can be a little on the slow side. Some tasks need to be carried out twice as the first attempt didn't load. I'd like to be able to permanently change the date format for exports to the UK format. This can be frustrating if you forget to amend before exporting.

An excellent company to work with, that is growing and showing why they are becoming a market leader.

It is an easy-to-use tool that is capable of providing flexible solutions to product enrichment and listing processes.

Support is top-class. They respond very quickly to tickets (always when something is urgent). The support always tackles all levels of issues and questions with great detail, explaining with supporting material when needed.

Technical account management is excellent to work work, helping formulate ideas, and roll out new features while being detailed in solving process needs.

Development of some areas of the PIM can take longer than anticipated.
