My experience using Pimberly has been excellent from day one. It meets all our needs and they have a fast and efficient support team.

Ease of use, full functionality, integration capability with other systems, etc. It is the only truly multi-language PIM where you don't have to duplicate attributes to translate them.

There is nothing I don't like and the things that can be improved, they work day by day and are constantly improving them.

As I use Pimberly all day in my role I have grown use to the issues/glitches with the speed/bulk data.
I understand how to use the system well enough to get my tasks completed efficiently.

Easy to understand the user interface.
Design and layout help to avoid confusion unlike other systems.
Moldable to suit the business.

Pimberly struggles to cope with large numbers of data being imported/exported.
Sometimes lags.

I think it's a great tool, as a team we're getting more efficient all the time. The support has been superb to get us up and running

Mass uploads and easy attribute selections. Approval setting for different departments really ensures quality built into every layer.

Digital asset assigning is a bit clunky, hosting of the asset and assigning can be time consuming if working with a lot of IDs.

In short, Pimberly simplifies the management of our complex product data, ensures seamless integration across systems, and provides the tools we need to handle bulk data tasks efficiently—ultimately saving us time and improving the accuracy and reliability of our product information across the business.

Pimberly can, on occasions, run slowly when doing large imports or exports. Pricing feeds can take a while to update too.

From the very start the Pimberly team have been very engaging from the initial scoping session, through discovery, and into project start up. The team are very knowledgeable about their system but very open to discuss future developments, the issues we face as a customer with not having our data in a PIM system prior to meeting them.

One source of truth for our product data.
Easy to build product data with additional attributes so no need to have everything in for the system start.
Excellent compatibility with all major ERP systems.
Ability to use the PIM as the product master rather than ERP.
System navigation looks very simple and easy to set up.
Full support from the Pimerbly team - pre and post sale - we believe this sets Pimberly aside from the other software providers and was a key consideration in our PIM provider.

None yet identified any issues. The Pimberly team have demonstrated ho they have taken user customer feedback to further develop their system.

I would definitely recommend Pimberly, we were able to get up and running with out complex data set and product setup - on boarding guys were great.

UI (when accurate), logical way of working and excellent support/on boarding who were able to get our setup done quickly.

Having to manually find attributes to export and format how they are exported and imported every time. Few improvements I can think of.

I use this product every day and I couldn't do what I do without it. I would recommend this product information software to any company without hesitation.

This product management software is the best on the market, from loading products and adding media to importing and exporting data fast and efficiently. Easily categorize your data and media so users can find all the product information they need within a few steps. As a Marketplace Manager I can get our products to any of our websites and platforms very quickly indeed.

I am also looking forward to the new features which are on the horizon to make Pim even better!

This is only a minor concern - Being able to group brands or retailers in the facet so we do not have a long list.

Support team are awesome! Artur, David & Matt have saved me from madness multiple times and have always been able to answer some of my "stupid" questions.

Quick and easy to use, I taught myself (with help from support team) to use it competently in ~3 months.
Rules, workflows and decision tables are intuitive and powerful.
Channels are simple and straight forward to create to pass data downstream.
Expressions saved my sanity on multiple occasions.

Products and assets are separate entities, if there is a requirement to delete a product, deletion of assets needs to be done separately and manually. I assume this is done for the instance the same asset is applied to multiple products.

Lack of bulk handling of assets through the UI (e.g. bulk search for 10 assets) is not possible.

As an agency deeply entrenched in the world of ecommerce, Calashock has had the privilege of working with numerous product information management (PIM) platforms over the years. However, we must say that my experience with the Pimberly PIM platform has been nothing short of extraordinary.
