There are some glitches in the system. But most of the problems are usually taken care very fast.

We committed to paperless environment many years ago using edrawer. We migrated to Pinpoint cloud and now have pinpoint on premise. The on premise version works extremely well and we are so happy with it.

Ease of filing and accessing all of our data in one place. Working on integrating pinpoint into our accounting software to save even more data entry. Pinpoint is an awesome piece of software.

The initial set up was trying, but once it was up and running it's great.

Overall, I like the deep storage capacity, searching abilities and annotating abilities. With prompt, knowledgeable service, the potential is great.

I love ARIE Smartscan, Templates and Distribution Rules! Automation is awesome!
I love that documents can be filed automatically, and that we can basically design our own file system, so we have great command of all the steps in the process, but don't need to do as much manually. The support is also wonderful! Every issue or question we raise gets answered super promptly and in great detail. Errick even helped us set up and test Distribution Rules and Templates when we had a list of over a hundred to create! Also, they have taken my suggestions and ideas very seriously and incorporated some into software updates.

I don't like that much manual setup is necessary to 'train' ARIE to automate the filing.

About four years ago, we were looking for a cloud-based paperless software. When we found Pinpoint, it was the perfect match for our company. Their product allows us to customize their database to our precise needs. Our project manager is extremely knowledgeable. With his assistance, the initial implementation was seamless. Pinpoint is an excellent addition to our company.

Throughout the years, Pinpoint has gotten even better. They are regularly updating it with new features that were either requested by their customers or developed by themselves to improve their product. We specifically love their in-depth search feature due to an exceptional OCR function. This helps us to search the details of a documents successfully. Additionally, since we are cloud based, we can access Pinpoint wherever we are located.
Their customer service is top notch. If we have any questions about how to do something, our project manager will give us steps to figure out how to implement the task correctly. Sometimes there might be a technical issue that needs to be resolved. Their technical support is efficient and the issue will be fixed within an hour of submitting a ticket.

We have no cons for Pinpoint. We highly recommend them.

Well, while I have not used the software for so long, I can say my experience so far has been fantastic. This is because the software does what it is expected to accomplish seamlessly without much drama.

I like that the tool is very secure and that it makes document management and collaboration seamless. It is very secure and comes with sufficient cloud storage. What's more the software is easy to scale, manage and customize.

With such an effective document manager, I cannot afford to complain. It is a very effective solution for business.

Pinpoint has so much to offer that other options did not have especially for the price. Customer service is amazing with this company. We find ourselves saying WOW on a weekly basis.

If you have any issues, the live chat is usually immediately available and able to help. The response is quick of you have to send out an email and wait.

A bit slow sometimes, unable to tell if it's the internet or website.

This is the best document management system I have used! This program is cloud-based so you don't need to worry about it taking up huge amounts of space on your computer. I like the "drag and drop" feature the best. It save a ton of time.

Pinpoint is great, and I LOVE not having paper files. We use Pinpoint for HR files, company files and Accounts Payable.

The batch scanning doesn't always catch the right information and sometimes takes a while to process.

Great product that is fairly easy to use. PinPoint does everything more expensive software can do and more. It is very easy to add documents and easy to search for what you need.

Online version can be a little delayed in loading documents and accessing data.

I feel like productivity depends on organization, and nothing is cleaner than having all your files in the same place. PinPoint has provided a much-needed solution.

PinPoint lets me drag and drop any kind of file into its automated filing system and then make changes without having to leave their site. It has made me more efficient and feel good that everything is in the same place.

We started working with LSSP when we were looking for a document management system over a decade ago. At the time, the product they had developed was called E-Drawer. We were so satisfied with the product that we were hesitant about upgrading to their new product, PinPoint. We did eventually upgrade. We were so satisfied that recently we upgraded again to their cloud version of PinPoint. It works as designed, and having the ability to access our documents during this tumultuous period has enabled us to continue our mission of helping doctors. I highly recommend Mr. Caruso and his team at LSSP Corporation.

PinPoint is a quality product with excellent customer service. Installation and setup was an easy process. It is easy to use, and easy to train others to use. It is a reliable solution for document management. The cloud version makes it possible to access our documents from anywhere. The product is continuously being updated making the product even better.

Though it is customizable, there are limitations. You are unable to hide fields that you aren't using. Printing more than one document at a time is also problematic.
