    I had been looking for a CRM for years and never found one that fit my needs, so I stuck to using a Excel as my CRM (not very efficient). Additionally, I had been considering other apps for funnel creation and automation and decided I wasn't ready to commit to the price. I can't believe I can get the features of many of these programs in on system through PipelinePRO at a very reasonable price - a huge savings compared to purchasing everything I needed separately. I'm so grateful I found Pipeline Pro!

    There's a lot to learn and it feels overwhelming, but once I dig in and take it one step at a time, I find it's much easier than my brain made it out to be. However, like with any new system, there is definitely a learning curve.

    Overall I am thankful I found something to replace ClickFunnels (squeeze pages and funnels), WordPress (website), Infusionsoft (my CRM, email, shopping cart), PandaDoc, and schedule once (calendar) for a fraction of the cost.
    Recently I had a call with Waleed (Will) to help me get my email compliant with the new requirements. He went above and beyond to make sure I was compliant. David who runs the office hours has been extremely helpful.

    They also have some support services that are extra to help deal with integration and emergencies. I have not used these.

    One of the best out there

    A few years ago I had a partner and I was tasked with finding a system for us to use. I looked at Zoho and a few other popular ones. PipelinePRO came out on top because of its price and what it offered. I have not been disappointed since. I started assisting other businesses with setting up their systems and in order for anyone to work with me they have to agree to get this software. I'm not an affiliate. I am someone who values things that get the job done at a low price. This software gets the job done. This team gets the job done. If you're a business owner whether you're just starting out or you've been in the game for a while, this software will make your business flow easier. And I'm saying this as someone who has helped multiple businesses structure their CRMs for multiple users. I think one company has a team of 60 on it and they're still paying the same rate that another company I set up that just has three users. And the support team is awesome.

    Perfect example is the meeting I had with Waleed (Will). Super patient, understanding, and an amazing ability to relate information in a way that I understood. We were discussing e-mail deliverability and the changes Google is pushing. By the time we finish the meeting, I knew the difference between an SMTP provider, a domain provider, and how it all integrates into pipeline pro. It's hard to find an IT support team that's easy to communicate with.

    I will be using this for my business and all the other businesses I work with for as long as it's around.

    This CRM is truly complete. For the price point, you'll be able to truly give clients a white glove feel even if it's just a 1 person operation. This software allows you to really gain control over your business while keeping it manageable for scaling because of the automations.

    Email, text (whatsapp included), calls, ChatGPT integration, calendars/appointments, invoicing, forms, surveys, website building, funnel building, templates (for those of us who don't have the design bug), google ads, facebook ads, social planner (do all your posts to all your business accounts from here), regular member Q&A sessions multiple times a week, media storage

    And the piece I feel is most important, unlimited users for a flat rate. Just this piece alone will save you how much?

    If you have no experience, you have to watch the basic training videos. If you have experience in setting up a CRM, still watch the basic training videos. It's easy to get overwhelmed setting a system up because there is a lot to do.

    I've had a fabulous experience with every individual from PipelinePRO I've met through support calls. Even with my limited experience and knowledge on pipelines and funnels, I can see the potential with this platform. The funnel builder is very intuitive and easy to customize.

    The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is likely due to my own limitations of knowledge and experience, as this is a very technical platform. Ease of use going up for total newbies like me would definitely move the rating to a full 5!

    I'd love some trainings or info on what makes a good funnel? How to design it, etc. But, that's just me being totally honest and idealist, perhaps isn't fair to list as a con.

    PipelinePRO is an excellent platform for managing all of my digital marketing efforts and pipeline management. I've even used it for managing offline leads that I'm working. It takes a bit of work and effort to get up to speed with how everything functions together, but in the end it's well worth the effort.

    People should understand that to truly make use of all of the functions of PipelinePRO, they need to plan on upgrading from the beginning. Expecting to have an amazing system for just the one-time purchase price would be very unrealistic.

This is in our FAQs section. Some do, and some do not based on tools they may already be using that they want to integrate into our platform versus replacing them altogether. So one does not need to plan on upgrading to our optional outbound marketing suite from the beginning until after they see the capabilities of PipelinePRO. The 8 core business growth features included in our Lifetime License for a one time cost of $37 with no monthly fees is saving our users an average of almost $400 "per month" with no additional services needed. 👍

    The $37 Lifetime tier is hilariously under powered.

    They sold this based on the lifetime tier, advertised it hard, and made it out to be fully functional for a great price - I'm a small business with 1 user, so I thought it might be OK, and $37 was a low risk. Not only was I disappointed, but their support didn't respond within service level, and when they did, the tone of the email was basically, "Oh, you need to pay to upgrade so you can edit your business information" User/business profile is table stakes for users to edit, and having spent the last 15 years working in software development, I was appalled.

    You can build funnels. They won't really work unless you pay more, but that's really it. I've tried looking for some other positive, but honestly, I can't find it.

    Negative

    Pipeline builder blocks javascript widgets from the custom HTML/JS element in the website and funnel builder.

    You have to pay extra for the marketing automation suite to update your business information.

    Want to have a form on your page? Gotta pay for the upgraded tier.

    API Keys are only provided if you pay for the marketing automation suite.

    EXTREMELY POOR and inefficient. No customer service, you have to fill out a ticket for everything, and there’s no direct number to contact them not to mention, as I mentioned above, frequent double charging.

    NOTHING!!! There was nothing that I could find that was useful. You pay for a lifetime license that covers nothing.

    I had originally purchased this product to be able to help my business streamline to have everything all in the same place at the same time. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. This system is an absolute JOKE. I had to submit numerous “support tickets” to have things fixed REPEATEDLY. The lifetime license is also a joke as well. You pay the fee once expected this to work properly, and for the system to be as advertised, but you have access to nothing and then you get nickeled and dime for every little thing to try to add onto it. I was consistently double charged for the “marketing automation suite“ repeatedly, and the system wouldn’t post half the time or give me an “error” and wouldn’t work anyway. I canceled the program completely and I am still being charged, not once, BUT DOUBLE AGAIN!! Stay away from this product and do not use it. It will completely mess up your website, your social media, and your contacts. Oh, and if you want to have messaging and email options to your clients as well, that’s another added cost that they didn’t tell you about that supposedly isn’t covered by the lifetime license. Once customer service did respond, I actually straight up ask them “what exactly does the lifetime license even cover?“ And they never gave me a straight answer. STAY AWAY!!

The way it is laid out makes it easy to get the help you need without leaving the page. It is thorough. I have been able to get rid of 4 programs that is all now wrapped into one.

    The program works best through Google. I use Safari, so it was a learning curve to move over, but most software does function better on Google.

    All-In-One Platform!

    Pipeline Pro has saved me money. I cxld Click Funnels, Calendly, Hootsuite just to name a few. I also cxld my web builder with GoDaddy! I can do everything I need in one single dashboard. I have automated my business saving me what would have cost one additional employee. Simple, easy to use, I believe it in so much I became a Certified Partner! Seriously, this is the real deal. And, Amher is a ROCKSTAR!

    Unlimited users, unlimited contacts, websites, funnels, blogs, forms, surveys, calendar platforms, and much more! So, much that I have not even used all of the tools on Pipeline Pro. Add on top of the many weapons in the pipeline pro arsenal, there are regularly scheduled training sessions each week-multiple sessions!

    Calendar integration with Google does not allow you to overlap appointments. Nonetheless, this is a consequent I have experienced on other calendar platforms and the trade off with pipeline pro is that I was able to cxl my Calendly account for Pipeline pro and save $150+ a year!

    Taking My Brand Higher!!

    Okay, so I purchased PipelinePRO back in 2020 without fully understanding what it can do but also knowing that I needed it. It was one of my best moves! The main reason being my ability to consistently create websites, funnels & landing pages without having to host a bunch of different sites is a huge plus for me. I know what it is that I want to do as well as the amount that I need to create & without a doubt, having a platform that can handle that has been a game-changer! I’ve even perfected my design skills within these last couple of years which has put me in the place where I can actually create on the higher levels & be ahead of the game.

    I also want to give the BIGGEST BIGGEST Shoutout to David Belen!! He has been the best person that I’ve communicated with these last couple of years. When I have a problem, I can reach out to him & he takes care of not just me but also my Customers which makes it easier for me to help more businesses switch to the platform because they know that it’s not just me but that PLP has people like David that genuinely cares. That right there is everything!🤎🤎🤎 David’s support has encouraged me to keep going & drive harder for what it is that I’m doing which is bigger than me🤎. Thank you DB!!

    In full transparency I'm still in the building out stages for my business so I haven't fully implemented all of the systems yet. It's taking me a while because I'm not tech savvy and as a small business owner, I'm doing it all myself.

    I had a bumpy start with getting any of my support emails acknowledged, but once I did, I got great customer service which these days is hard to come by.

    I splurged for the monthly concierge because I need tech help as I go along and implement and learn everything I need and I'm super happy I did.

    I've had to ask questions almost daily and I've gotten quick responses.

    I can tell that once I'm up and running, PipelinePRO is going to be a great platform for me.

    I've been using PipelinePRO for a while now, and I must say I'm impressed with this CRM platform. It's a comprehensive tool that has everything I need to manage my leads, clients, and sales processes efficiently. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and I particularly like how customizable it is. I can personalize my dashboard, create custom fields, and automate tasks and workflows to fit my business needs. The calendar feature is also fantastic, as I can easily schedule appointments, set reminders, and sync with my other calendars. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful, which is a big plus.
