The worst experience with abysmal customer service. This platform has wasted my time, energy and a considerable amount of focus.

The fact that I cannot access anything within the platform makes anything i would have thought to be a pro a non-starter. Worst purchasing experience ever.

This company has horrific customer service. I haven't been able to log in over two weeks. My sales pages created in the application have scrambled SSL pointing god knows were (they were fine up until two weeks ago) and the only response i can get is...we've reset your password. I have never been more frustrated with an application or customer service in my life.

Overall my experience with PipelinePRO is the best I've ever had with any software platform because the company provides so many resources, hands-on support, and live training that I've never got with any other software plus the platform is not complicated like others.

You have everything in one place, I mean you can build your campaigns, reach out to your leads by email, phone, SMS, and Social Media all in one platform, also see your conversion rate in real-time, and you can learn fast from new releases since they have a strong customer support system, videos, articles, and live training, plus much more.

I do not have any PipelinePRO cons. The platform serves all of my needs.

PipelinePRO is a dream come true for me. I'm learning the platform and the more I learn, the more I like it. I'm looking forward to using PipelinePRO for as long as I'm doing the work for my business. I can easily see how it will expand and grow with me!

PipelinePRO is incredibly useful to me with the work I do. I've been looking for and testing other sites which claim to be 'all in one' when I'm posting to 10 Facebook pages, they tell me they can only support one. PipelinePRO says 'unlimited' for almost everything on the platform. You don't pay extra for extra people in your funnel!

I wish I could get the whole suite! I'm building my business so, in time, I can see myself using all the modules they have to offer!

Steer clear of this company until they have a usable product.
Great idea or intention. Poor execution. But these issues have wayyy too long to resolve it has now become unforgivable.

Nothing! It never works. If you are lucky, you get to see the user dashboard (which is highly confusing), but more often than not, you don't even see that...

Overall, I wouldn't change back. Very happy with PipelinePRO. Where I was going crazy switching from platform to platform to manage my business, I have everything I need here.

I love how easy is to manage everything, from creating email campaigns to funnels, contacting prospects and follow-up. Is an all-in-one platform that is saving me around £600 per month in my business because now I use only one instead of 6 or 7 platforms that I used to use before.
The support chat is priceless.

It just needs a little tweaking and some areas, little things that I used to have with other platforms and I don't find here.

Unlike any other software CRM company, PipelinePRO allows me to have all tools required to get track of my customers, sales, revenue, reports, plus contact my customers directly from my account with email, text messages and phone calls. And I also have my website, funnel builders and calendars in this system as well. I literally do not need any other software to grow my business. Plus, I'm saving $100s per month.

I can't think of any at this time. I am just thrilled with the fact that I don't need any other software to do anything.

Experience with PipelinePRO was terrible. Get the high level software from somebody else, anybody else, there are literally hundreds of providers you can get it through if you want it. No reason to go through pipeline.

I can give the software great reviews, but the company doesn't deserve any stars.

Company is unresponsive. Then something happened nearly two months later when they acted like nothing happened. I don't like working with companies that want to brush all their mistakes under the rug like they never happened. Again, the software is great, but if you want to leave Pipeline, just be careful.

Extremely affordable solution to help a local biz owner like myself better organize and manage my leads, sales numbers and client management.

I bought PipelinePRO to help my agency better handle and manage incoming leads and existing customers. What I found was an extremely robust suite of features and things that PipelinePRO can do. Great support.

The software can be a bit intimidating at first unless you take a few minutes and watch the trainings they've put together. Their support team I found quite responsive and eager to help though.

It has potential, but for now not great.
Seeing it and buying the "one time offer" to check it out, it seemed very good, and I was quite excited, But yet, when you really compare all tools and start using it, it leaves me with a "bitter taste".
It has all the fancy useful features, big numbers for contacts and unlimited pages, but it is a shame the "one time offer" tricks people not informing about lack of forms creation, and you really will end up paying more than for CF,, for features that are really standard.

The marketing automation subscription is reasonable compared to other tools of this type.
One-time offer $37 is more of a sequence website builder, rather than a funnel builder.
Compared to CF, for $97 you may be able to send a crazy amount of emails and have no restrictions of funnels, get all the SMS integration and chatbot, and CRM all in one place and all fancy features, but the basics are not taken care off.

"One time offer $37" I feel it is tricking people because it compares to ClickFunnels, but you can't create forms allowing you to build your email list etc, which is kind of missing the point of the funnel tool.
Only when purchasing the $97/mo offer, you will be able to create forms.
The $97/month doesn't include the creation of membership sites, for which you will need to pay an additional $47/mo, and it only has 1 payment integration, and no customisation is available.

Use of ZAPIER is recommended for other payment integration, which yet adds another cost to your business, which is sort of missing the point of having everything in one place.
So to summarise, the tool is not for everyone, but surely it has great potential.

No templates are available, so you really need to know what you doing or what you want to build and how, or pay another $197 for a masterclass to learn how, within the first 30 days, or $297 after, for a 5h of training. Which Clickfunnels also offers for FREE, with yet, much bigger library of videos.

I could not be happier and love that I no longer need more than ONE subscription for sales and marketing software!

This system right here is a game changer for me. Being able to have my sales funnel and CRM in one platform, unbelievable! PipelinePRO has significantly streamlined the sales path, eliminated extra costs and I don't have to deal with the headache of trying to get multiple platforms to sync with each other. The power and potential of the platform is beyond anything in the market unless you want to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars per month. PipelinePRO really has the power to change the world of sales forever - Totally blown away!

I see absolutely no cons with this software at all!
