    Pipeliner CRM offers an easy to use platform and even provided us with a super crisp template. Every time I email, chat or call, they offer their help instantly with any issues we have and they do it with fantastic customer service. It's a very efficient tool. I have no design experience, the professional designers at Pipeliner CRM were able to create a template for me that matched the company branding. My contacts and images were moved and the template was created before I logged into the system for the first time. The designer taught me how to use the editor and now I can quickly create emails on my own. Pipeliner CRM AI is great, I no longer need to question whether I am sending an email at the right time.

    The platform offers us all the strategies in a simple way and with the tranquility that will not come with problems when it comes to carry it out. They allow us to optimize all the campaigns we have to get the best results in our company, performing in detail the statistics made available to us, in this way we can evaluate it after each campaign we designed, it shows us from what type of device was seen and whether or not they accessed the content we offered in the emails, this software is really very efficient.

    They do not offer a predetermined format with which to facilitate our work and save us time when developing a campaign, it lacks more sources at the time of creating the email. The interface is a bit complicated at the time of finding out how it works, so it takes some time, it should be more intuitive.
