    Honestly, Planfix is quite underrated as a management platform. As for my experience with Planfix, there's a lot I have to say. Firstly, it is pretty user-friendly for someone new to managing work and projects. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the tools are easily accessible too. The best part about using this platform is that you can personalize it via integration that is available with various platforms. Their customer service is also reasonably responsive.

    Not that I have countered any downside on my own, however, there are many good competitors of Planfix that are going great. So, I would suggest they work more on expanding their reach and adding more custom tools to their dashboard.

    Only in Planfix we succeeded to set up funnels that suit us perfectly. For example, we've got one sales funnel that covers the customer's journey up to contract signing and payment. Then there's another funnel - docflow, with several stages, which we can now track easily. When we close a sale, a company card is automatically created in the second funnel and gets assigned to the responsible lawyer handling the paperwork. This automation has freed up 80% of my time.

    We've been with Planfix for a while, and the system keeps surprising us with new features. For instance, the folks recently added automatic access rights assignment for Support team in the scenarios. They listen to our wishes and make them happen, which is awesome.

    Not always a fan of the design updates. They added icons to the main panel, which looks nice, but now not all sections (we have a lot of them) fit, so we either have to scroll or move them to the additional menu.

    When I had a ton of tasks to manage, and it felt like I was constantly falling behind, I realized we needed a system that could not only make task management simpler but also automate our work processes as much as possible. A colleague suggested Planfix, and I jumped right into checking it out. At first, it seemed pretty fancy and overwhelming, so I gave it a pass.     A convenient system for businesses of any size (up to 5,000 employees). It works fast, there are no failures. You can grow an employee in your organization who will administer the Planfix and save on support.

    Positive

    We manage projects and tasks in the Planfix. We control deadlines and performers. We use two types of task mapping: kanban and Gantt chart.

    The system is very (maybe too) flexible. For different employees of the same organization, the Planfix may look completely different.

    All communication with clients was transferred to Planfix. Our clients write from Instagram, Whatsapp, mail - we reply to them from Planfix. And they don't even know about it.

    We use integration with telephony. It is very convenient to call directly from CRM, while seeing the client's card, his tasks and correspondence. After the call, a call record is added to the client's card. And if the call is missed, the information about it comes to the head of the department.

    I like that I can configure everything I need in the Planfix without writing code! Such systems are the future.

    Negative

    To confidently use the Planfix, you need to spend some amount of time. The system is new, there are very few communities. There is almost no information on the Internet. It saves that the support works very quickly and friendly.

    There is no warehouse accounting. And this is very lacking.

    In general, Planfix is suitable for those who are not seeking standard "out-of-the-box" solutions but want to get customized solutions for their business. In this aspect, Planfix has no equal, as it allows adapting everything to our unique business processes and the specific nature of our company's operations.

    Positive

    I was looking for a system that could be tailored to specific business processes. Prior to this, I had experience with different systems, but many of them encountered limitations in customizing them exactly the way our company needed.
    My choice fell on Planfix, and I have no regrets about it. At first, I set up the basic processes - project management, tasks, etc. But now, we have moved a significant portion of all team processes into the system, abandoning other solutions.

    Negative

    The system might deter users with minimal implementation and configuration experience during onboarding due to its extensive functionality. However, for experienced users, this is more of a plus than a minus. Yes, it takes some time to understand how everything works, the logic behind it, but it's worth it. I must also commend the Support Team's work, as they provide detailed answers to all questions, making the onboarding process easier.
