I logged a support ticket, again got confirmation, this time from a different support@ email address, so I decided to forward the whole email convo I was having before on the other support email asking for an update, only to get a response back that I should not log multiple tickets (?! I logged one…..) saying they have millions of users that don’t have this problem, asking me for the file name and an extensive description of the problem I having (which I only send to them 5 time in chat, email, ticket system)

Clearly these people don’t know what they are doing, they keep sending me around the bush and I haven’t received any form of support yet in the 6 month i have been having these problems after purchasing their lifetime subscription.

Don’t buy this software, save yourself the stress!

None nothing nada zip zilch I have nothing but issues and trouble with it and support is not doing anything.

Bought this software as it promised to be like Canva (which I love) but with a lifetime key.

Since day one I have been experiencing multiple problems with this software and getting support seems to be impossible (and not for a lack of trying on my part)

The problems:
Regularly when loading a template the template gets messed up and doesn’t look like it should (still no support on this 6 months later)
Regularly background removal doesn’t work, I sometimes need to try 5-6 times before the background is removed and sometimes it doesn’t remove at all (no error, and still no support on this after 6 months)
Regularly I am no longer able to upload images from my pc. No error messages, it just doesn’t display the uploaded images
My current project is not able to save, I’ve tried it many times, both with the save template as well as the normal save button, saving as a new design etc. It saves the first 1-3 images in my project and the rest it ignores. This leads me to loosing my work constantly! Extremely frustrating! So I started to download the images as soon as I created them and that worked for the first 20 and after that the downloaded images where a jumble of readable and transparent all within the same images (which is not how I designed them). And when I discover a typo in an image I have to create the whole dam thing again because I am not able to save all the images I create.

I asked for support on this more than a month ago via chat, they told me to log a ticket, I logged a ticket, got confirmation of the ticket and nothing happened, no support. After 2 weeks I inquired about the status of my ticket to be told no ticket was logged for me. I could contact support directly via email. I contacted support directly via email and got a response back, but only to the part of it that was about the now downloading well, everything I wrote about it not even saving was ignored. I send an email back explaining everything again, telling them what file to look for and again after two weeks of no response decided to email them asking for an update only to get an automated response that that email address (a support@ email address!!) was not being monitored and that I should log a ticket! You understand my frustration!

I wanted an alternative to the most popular graphics platform we all know, I didn't want to use the same patterns that everyone uses (because let's face it: even if we have 1000 graphics to choose from, eventually we fall on the 10 most beautiful ones and we all use those).
Plasfy allows me to vary. It doesn't have amazing features but the quick and immediate ones that I and 90% of the users need.

- assistance: very kind and quick, only used once, you can tell they care about it

UI graphics should be improved. This saas is very usable but first-time users might be swayed by the interface graphics thinking that it is not a good product, and that is absolutely not true. In addition, the templates are graphically sound....

In Italy when something is valid but not aesthetically valid, we say that "the eye wants its part too."

Overall experience is excellent at this stage it’s good choice to other in market competition, some where Plasfy is slow and buggy in some options like (Elements, Image loaded) but it’s fine and I think In this race of online graphic designing Canva is the Big giant and real competitor of Plasfy and as a small company we can’t directly compare to Big Giants competitors at this stage.

But I suggest to Plasfy to make defiantly Unique in competitor market (make Dynamic Infographics as model of Drawtify Infographics, Make AI Thumbnail Generator, AI Image Generation Features).

Helping me a lot creating design faster, cheaper cost operation than competitor like Canva. maybe it could be better if have desktop app, to make it faster processing.

Easy to use, many template provided, font also. tutorial is awesome and roadmap is very compromising to improve.

I'm not an artist but my various ventures require me to create posts, ads, posters and even some basic logos. I tried using photoshop and it was complicated. This takes the essentials and makes it work!

I know this sounds biased, but I don't like I didn't know this existed. I struggled with other programs for awhile and wasted time.

The price-performance ratio is incredibly good. I’m happy and can recommend it to everyone. I happened to see “Plasfy” and gave it a try. I was immediately thrilled, so I got the “Professional” access. It’s easy to use and the quality is just great.

It’s easy and simple to operate. A very good alternative to other programs. The biggest advantage is the price-performance ratio.

From time to time, I get the feeling that the page loads a bit slowly. But it’s not a big deal.

Highly recommend this software. Support is great, they guided me to try a different browser. Easy to use with tons of templates and resources. Easy to use. I jumped right in and started creating my course images within minutes, uploaded them to my site and they look awesome. They're on my main page as well as throughout my course.

Slow w/ Firefox, then I switched to private browsing, huge improvement.

Very useful graphic design software with lots of benefits and bonuses for users. It is just getting up and started so at the moment it is great value.

Plasfy comes with lots of inbuilt template and design formats. It is easy to use and very affordable when compared with its competitors.

Plasfy doesn't do videos or social media scheduling. These two benefits would really help. Also AI generation would be cool to see.

I'm working creating e-books for clients. I need to create text, graphics, images and e-book covers. I found Plasfy. Now I'm telling about e-book cover. A lot of templates to choose (and with dozen of good choices, very good). Easy to edit (I'm Brazilian and need the results in Portuguese. I recommend.

I think that always have opportunities to improve but I'm happy with Plasfy.

I purchased the full version of Plasfy and have been extremely happy with it for 3 weeks now. Before I used another graphics program, which isn't bad either. But in terms of price, I am much happier with Plasfy. I can recommend this graphics program with a clear conscience.

There are a lot of designs in all areas and the affiliate program is a great thing, and there are also some bonuses.

The loading of the designs is sometimes a bit slow, maybe it's due to my connection.

My experience was really smooth from sign-up to creating first graphics. The feature set is vast and intuitive.

Nothing to not like, it is a great software for making social post graphics.

In general, I really like Plasfy, on one dashboard you can make various designs, no need to move between menus. Login, browse templates, edit, download and publish.

It really saves time, costs and is not stressful.

Oh yeah, hopefully in the future there will also be short video templates, for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

As a Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube users, I really like it when everything is in one dashboard.

I can move freely from one template to another, and it's nice that I don't need to make a design from scratch, just change the text, images, background.

Cool design, so there's no need to research and think about creating content anymore, just use what's there.

in the design section there are many types of text, photos, backgrounds, elements, just use them, no need to go to google :D

I am a photo book reseller, when I saw the photo book template on the Plasfy dashboard, wollaaaa, it turns out that there is a photo book design template.

But when I click, there is no template yet, hopefully the photo book template will be released soon.

Besides the photobook template, there is a storyboard and a t-shirt that doesn't have a template yet, hopefully in the future there will be one soon.

Very good software that gives a lot of possibilities.

Plasfy solves the problem of making design work more accessible and efficient. With minimal effort, it makes me appear like a design genius, and I've been able to accomplish more than I ever thought possible.

What I like best about Plasfy is how user-friendly it is while delivering exceptional results, even for someone like me who's not a design expert. The abundance of templates available for various projects is a major plus, and they're incredibly easy to customize to suit your specific needs.

On the downside, Plasfy's extensive feature set can be somewhat overwhelming at first. While it's not a significant drawback, if you enjoy experimenting, you might find yourself lost in the wealth of creative possibilities for hours.

Overall extremely happy that I took the leap and got started, I can't wait to start replacing using the other software I often use and make a full switch over.

I have only just started with Plasfy but already I'm impressed its like a few of my favourite software had a baby. I'm relatively new to graphic design so still learning but already I see some great feature I can't wait to use. I love how so many stock libraries etc are integrated within the platform and you can also upload your own assets and fonts too.

It's new so there is a learning curve, some features are still in the roadmap but on the way and obviously being new there are glitches but they are sorted promptly.

Overall, Plasfy is a great newcomer in the graphic design space. They seem dedicated to improving and adding new features. Here are a few of my suggestions:
-Add more print-on-demand categories like mugs and calendars
-Add an integrations section on the side toolbar, more integrations, and allow users to link their accounts
-Make a desktop app

-Plasfy has a lot of templates and design categories, and can replace Canva for some depending on your needs, but it does not fully replace Canva (especially after their latest update).
-I like the integrations of Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash.
-Their templates are great, and their UI is pretty easy to learn.

-I don't like the side navigation bar. It could use some revamping to add all of the options on the homepage and accounts sections in nice menus and submenus with dropdown bars.
-The font upload feature is based on approval and seems to be one at a time. It would be helpful to have a bulk upload.

While Plasfy offers a solid foundation, the limited number of templates is a drawback. More options would undoubtedly cater to a broader range of design needs and preferences.

A wonderful app to design awesome posts for many media platforms so easily and with a lot of great options.

So easy to use with good resources of images and premade templates , Its an awesome app for new users because it doesn't need extra long complicated lessons , easy platform and good media templates.

It needs to be faster while using the app , but this is not a big deal do to the price and great options available.
