Ease of explaining how it works to potential partners. Once they see the PAP platform, they are eager to sign up. Very straightforward to use for the end user. The support is also good and very responsive.

I've been a Post Affiliate Pro user from 10 years and have integrated the solution for at least 5 brands. Very good tech, well worth it specially if you're dealing with influencers with high amount of traffic.

I wish I could find any cons here. Except that custom domain setup is a little difficult technically. Would be nice to get that out of the box.

Love this software. Customizable, tons of features, easy to use, integrates with a lot of major apps and platforms.

Only thing I would say is that the platform is a little dated. Hopefully they will update it soon.

Let's just say I have tried a couple of affiliate tracking companies and Post Affiliate Pro is the first company where it was smooth sailing from the start. I have not had one affiliate come back saying the person they referred was not credited to their profile, this is a huge relief for me as having upset affiliates in my industry is not good for business.

Emailing from the platform are a little too difficult to navigate.

The promised functionality is kept. PAP is and remains the go-to tool for click tracking. Due to the regular development and plugins, new useful features are added regularly.

The ease of use and the fast support via livechat makes it really easy to get started. the relatively good customizability of the dashboards for partners also simplifies onboarding and thus ultimately revenue generation.

Originally nothing, in the meantime we are reaching the limits of the API and have to be a bit inventive here and there.

We love that Post Affiliate Pro integrates literally with every software that we use in our company. It was easy to implement and integrate into our existing infrastructure. The SplitCommissions feature, which is kinda unique, helps us to distribute the commissions properly among more affiliaties. Last thing that we appreciate is that the suppor team has been always very helpful, no matter what time of the days we approached them.

The mobile apps are the worst part of our experience. So bad, that we even stopped using it and we rely solely on the desktop app, which is on the other hand extremely powerful.

The software allows us to manage our affiliates with ease. At the begininng we had some small issues, however, they were quickly resolved by the customer support team of the company. The tool is accurate and has a lot of powerful features.

As mentioned previously, we had issues with the proper integration of the tool with the rest of our software package. However, once we approached the customer support team they were helpful and resolved the problems in a quick manner.

Nice tool, easy to use! We tried several solutions, including building an affiliate network from scratch, but eventually chose to work with Post Affiliate Pro.

We searched for software that could match all of our wishes. Including having affiliates for our affiliate program. We are paid for each transaction by one of our partners, and our affiliates will get some of it when they attributed to this transaction. That was pretty complex to set up because it is not a standard functionality. Post Affiliate Pro was the only solution that could serve this function.

The User interface was not too friendly when we started using the software. But it is improved big time!

Customer service is my favourite part of Post Affiliate Pro ..... they go over and above! Fast response time and are always more than happy jump in and help. I have been a needy client, and I have asked for so much help from them and they have supported and helped me every step of the way.

Post Affillaite Pro does seem a little techy for me, but having said that support has stepped in and sorted it all for me.

So far it is still early to post a review but they are responsive so now time will tell. We must finish the set up and test thew integration to see if indeed we are able to achieve the intended results.

It is affordable, they are quite responsive during the initial set up although we are still in process. Seems like a professional outfit.

In total PAP offers the most important standard tools to set up a professional tracking for a partner. Due to the various possibilities (which are, thank god, redundant) to integrate and implement tracking, you get a very robust tracking system. Due to the detailed log, errors can be quickly detected and corrected or solved together with the customer service.

As the technical person responsible for the integration I think the biggest PRO is the comprehensive documentation and tips for the first setup. Also big pluses are the multiple monitoring options and finally the very friendly and quick to help customers support.

If something had to change or is a CON, i would say it is the often somewhat complex menu system, which needs some time to learn and get by.

If you are a small or medium-sized business with not enough budget to hire advertising agencies but need a simple solution to automate your affiliate marketing, Post affiliate pro can be a very good choice.
