What is ProBackup?
Teams run their operations inside SaaS tools — project boards in Asana or monday.com, records in Airtable, deals in HubSpot, documentation in Confluence. ProBackup protects that data with independent, automated daily backups and one-click recovery across 20+ cloud platforms, including ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Jira, Miro, Slack, GitHub and Google Workspace.
Why it matters: your SaaS vendor's backups exist for their disaster recovery, not yours. When a teammate deletes the wrong board, a bulk edit overwrites hundreds of records, a departing employee wipes a workspace, or an AI agent misfires at machine speed, the vendor's infrastructure backup won't restore your work. Every 24 hours, ProBackup captures a new version of your connected accounts — records, comments, attachments and field configurations. Connecting a platform takes a few minutes via OAuth; after that, no scheduling or maintenance is needed. Smart retries automatically reschedule failed attempts around API limits.
When something goes wrong, restore precisely what was lost: a single task, comment, file or field, or a full project or board. Restores never overwrite live data — recovered items are recreated as copies in their parent location. The Vault viewer lets you browse backups in a familiar tree structure, step back to any date, and compare how a record changed over time. Global search finds anything across platforms and history, and smart alerts warn admins of unusual deletion spikes before they become disasters.
