    Summary

    It is a convenient way for us to communicate with our students from 5 branch campuses. I also enjoy it when I enter a student in another queue and their information automatically comes up.

    Positive

    I like that students receive a message once I have summoned them, so they can expect the call. Most students do not want to answer from an unfamiliar phone number.

    Negative

    It took me a while to get familiar with the system.
