We're very satisfied with Queue-Fair, which has enabled us to offer a smooth, bug-free experience during our peak periods on our site.

The tool was easy to set up on my website. The Queue-Fair team also took charge of the interface's graphic charter at the time of set-up. The teams are available quickly by email. Their documentation is complete and accurate.

The automatic translation of the back office into French is very approximate and should be handled manually.

There is nothing not to like with them! It is all great!

Queue-Fair was really successful, it works really well. Support has been brilliant - every question has been answered super quickly. There are lots of events coming up where we want to use Queue-Fair too.

Queue-Fair is seamless - really easy to set up and configure. For the limited quantity stock we want to sell - and not oversell - the customer experience is completely improved. No more site slow downs or trouble adding to baskets. Perfect. Queue-Fair meant we felt like we were in control on our key trading day Black Friday - and knowing how many people were arriving at the site each minute was really useful too. The business really likes it.

To date there is nothing that jumps out as needing improvement.

Queue-Fair is very easy to setup and just worked without any complicated setup and difficulties - even though our website is quite complicated and very deeply cached.
They did also translate the queue page to our language and made a very professional looking queue for us - support was fast, polite and lovely to deal with.

We will for sure use Queue-Fair in the future - highly recommended

The only small negative point we have is that the smallest package they offer is 3 months while we only need this queue for 24 hours.

They don't have a monthly plan, only a quarterly one.

We had 35.000 people waiting for us to open our registration process and with Queue-Fair we were able to lower the load on our server and maintain a fair and well-monitored registration process in a efficient way.

They were very adaptative to our needs and they solved any problems quickly and efficiently during all the process as on the event day.

Everything is so simple and easy to use, I love it!
It is really easy to setup, design, translate (if needed) and even manage queues during the event.

From our first meeting to actually seeing the queue implementation in action, we encountered no issues. Everything has been working flawlessly, and in the event that something goes wrong, support replies extremely fast.

Prior to Queue-Fair, we had never used a queuing system before.

The steps to get up and running were far easier than expected, and the support has been phenomenal. Every tweak needed has been done almost immediately.

Regarding implementation and integration, the same can be said. The documentation is very clear and concise, and it was fully functional after just a few days of testing.

While the queue was running, no issues were detected whatsoever.

The solution is easy to install, and they have a very detailed guide.
The back office panel has many options to customize everything and give you every option you could need.

The translation of the back office (the Italian one at least) seems made by an automatic system, and has some errors.

Best bang for your bucks you can get to handle your critical event, i was able to handle more than 10 000 visitors traffic spike from TV show flawlessly.

Queue-Fair really took all of the stress out of our website launch/opening online store day! Our customers had no complaints or concerns and it really helped us to feel comfortable with the load on our website and the customer shopping experience.

We have found nothing to dislike at the moment, it works properly.

We run an event once or twice a year. By and large our website does just fine with the traffic, allowing a moderate amount of people to stop by and get information. However, when we actually sell tickets to our event, it gets overloaded very quickly. We learned from a horrible experience that we needed additional software to accommodate our ticket sales.

I didn't even know that "virtual waiting rooms" existed before I started researching. We were so grateful to discover that you can use a service like Queue-Fair to handle spikes in traffic. We actually used a different service for a couple of years before switching to Queue-Fair. This other service functioned fine, but it was just getting more and more expensive and didn't seem to accommodate a small company like ours that really only needed to use the service once or twice yearly - so that's when I started poking around looking for an alternative service. I'm very happy I found Queue-Fair!

They offer flexible plans so they can allow us to start up, and pause the service as needed, and not have to pay an exorbitant amount to run a service that we only use a couple of weeks out of the year.

On top of that, the customer service is fantastic! I am frankly very disenchanted with our world of disconnection. Most companies aren't interested in having an acutal conversation with anyone! You've got to talk to phone bots, AI chats, etc. This is not the case with Queue-Fair. They're very helpful, knowledgeable and personable, and that carries through from the research/sales phase right into the support phase! (A pattern that's often broken with other services)

Finally, the software is great to use. The GUI is clear and easy to navigate, change settings, etc. If you're completely unfamiliar with how queueing software works, it's a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth educating yourself on! Once it's all set up, the interface which communicates how the traffic is running, etc. is all great!

To anyone who has such a need, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using a queueing service, and specifically Queue-Fair.
