I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Queue-Fair platform, as it has been instrumental to our success. When we first launched our application, it unfortunately crashed within 30 minutes due to an overwhelming number of accesses, which overloaded the server’s memory, CPU, and maxed out our database server.

However, during our second launch, the safeguard and hold queue proved to be an invaluable features, allowing us to maintain much better control over the server’s memory and CPU usage. This functionality was a critical factor in our success.

I don't find cons to use Queue-Fair to my project.

I wish we'd made the move over to Queue-Fair much earlier than we did. Our company has used outsourced queue systems for many years but only require them on an ad hoc, time to time, basis. Queue-Fair offer a flexible and sensible pricing model that really met these needs and getting our first queue event going was made that much easier with their attentive support structure.

None that we know of at this time - we moved over to Queue-Fair due to escalating costs from our previous provider and can report no downsides with that decision

We have an event ticketing website which works great, but we have a couple of "scarcity events" where demand for tickets at the time they go on sale is tremendous. Our server wasn't keeping up. By using Queue-Fair we were able to keep the load on our server to a level that we could handle and the on-sale events have gone much smoother than they would have otherwise. Queue-fair have been great to answer questions and help us whenever we ran into roadblocks.

Easy to install and use, gives us lots of information about current and historical demand. Good quality support. It just works.

There is nothing not to like with them! It is all great!

Queue-Fair was really successful, it works really well. Support has been brilliant - every question has been answered super quickly. There are lots of events coming up where we want to use Queue-Fair too.

Queue-Fair is seamless - really easy to set up and configure. For the limited quantity stock we want to sell - and not oversell - the customer experience is completely improved. No more site slow downs or trouble adding to baskets. Perfect. Queue-Fair meant we felt like we were in control on our key trading day Black Friday - and knowing how many people were arriving at the site each minute was really useful too. The business really likes it.

Queue-Fair is very easy to setup and just worked without any complicated setup and difficulties - even though our website is quite complicated and very deeply cached.
They did also translate the queue page to our language and made a very professional looking queue for us - support was fast, polite and lovely to deal with.

We will for sure use Queue-Fair in the future - highly recommended

The only small negative point we have is that the smallest package they offer is 3 months while we only need this queue for 24 hours.
