Queue-Fair has been a very reliable solution for managing high traffic during our annual entrance exams period. We only need it for a short time each year, but during that critical window it performs exactly as expected — stable, easy to configure, and effective in preventing server overload.

The setup is straightforward, and the rule-based system gives us full control over when and how it is activated. Their support team is also responsive and professional whenever needed.

What we value most is the peace of mind it provides during peak demand, where downtime or performance issues would not be acceptable.

Since our usage is limited to a short period each year, it would be helpful to have even more flexible billing options tailored for seasonal use cases. However, overall the value delivered during critical periods justifies the cost.

Before using Queue-fair, our event registration process was frustrating for everybody involved. Our servers couldn't handle the load and registrants would have to repeatedly refresh, receiving Bad Gateway errors and timeouts. Queue-fair solved that issue for us, and registrants could see exactly how many users were ahead of them in the queue, and how long it would take to get to the registration. So much better!

The Queue-fair virtual waiting room was a game-changer for our registration process. One registrant sent this message: "Smoothest sign-up ever. The queue system works SO much better." Having the queue helped prevent frustration, website crashes, continual refreshing — the registration process was monumentally improved. But in addition to having an excellent product, Queue-fair has incredible customer service. They were responsive and helpful, and made the entire set-up process extremely easy. And their pricing was extremely competitive — they even have a free version, which is such a valuable service to provide. I highly recommend!

The pre-queue is great and allows us to customize messages and improve communication. The warnings are helpful on how many people to let through the door.

We've changed from another queue-service to Queue-fair because of their security options that allow us force users to only use one device during the subscription.
