Wonderful really, just wish we could use it more as it makes ticket releases actually fun instead of very stressful!

Once a year we have a big ticket release, in previous years our site has always crashed which has proven very stressful for everyone involved. Queue-Fair solved this problem, our website didn't crash and customers we able to purchase tickets seamlessly. It all just worked, just as our onboarding consultant said it would. With Queue-Fair we are confident for even bigger releases in the future.

There are no downsides of using Queue-Fair. Every time we need help to setup anything the customer service are always up to help fast!

No subscription possible for less than 3 months, what a pity

During our event, we had too many visitors at the same time, before using this service our web server was experiencing slowdown issues and it became inaccessible. Controlling the flow of visitors allowed us to correct this problem.

It is an easy-to-use solution that allows us to intervene in real time on the flow of visitors that we let pass. Easy to configure, we can even customize the visual and the texts of the queue. A special thank you to Matt who was able to explain all this to me in French, available and efficient, thank you again Matt!

The only small negative point is the choice of packages, the most advantageous was to take it for 3 months while our event was only held for one day.

Queue Fair is handling unexpected high loads of visitor numbers and serving as a backup if the infrastructure does not perform as expected. The software and team is very user-friendly and does the job very good.

The guidance and communication with the team were very pleasant; our questions were answered promptly. Despite our infrastructure being well-prepared for high visitor numbers in a short period, it's reassuring to know that we can always apply a management measure by activating Queue Fair. Last year, during a significant scaling up of our services, we gratefully utilized the virtual queue, which gave us time to fine-tune the systems in the background to handle the immense load.

There are no cons in using Queue Fair, the software and services are very good.

We are very glad to have Queue-Fair as our Waiting Room partner for the three (3) big events we had last year 2022 - the iPhone 14 pre-order, the iPhone 14 launch and the biggest double digit sale of the year which is the 11.11. Our website did not crash! - our main goal during these high peak events. We even achieved and went beyond our Sales Target in 2022. Really, thanks to Queue-Fair!

Despite the time differences between Philippines and UK, Queue-Fair’s CEO really consistently reached out to us just to make sure our events were all a success. And, the Queue-Fair platform itself is notable as it is user-friendly. We appreciate the data reports we have exported as these gave us meaningful historical insights which will be useful for our future projects.

We called Queue-Fair on Sunday evening because we were doing a drop. They answered immediately and solved the problem within five minutes! They saved our drop and did everything very quickly!

Great tool, we can handle high traffic, when we have a good event we used queue fair for these purposes, really really, i highly recommend this product!

I didn't have any problem using this product, the GUI Queue Fairs offers is very easy to use it and you can set up any rule that you need for your website or app.

Event launches were always touch and go particularly for events with lots of social media hype, trying to make sure that web servers and payment gateways would be able to cope. With Queue-Fair we got rid of the headaches and actually sold out faster. There is nothing like a queue to create scarcity. All event launches will be done this way for us going forward.

Product was really simple to configure and there was nothing that I didn't really like

Perfect solution for our sales peaks each week. The others services we tried offered nearly the same but for more then 10 times more expenses.

Awesome contact with the team, easy to use, perfect implementation into our system, really helped us to fight the high usage of our servers once a week.

Phenomenal help from Matt during sales and implementation. Product worked great. Easy to understand dashboard. Love the customizations for the waiting room page.

Loved it all. Maybe one small improvement would be to have a QuickStart Guide or similar to make the getting started process feel easier.
