Quickbooks is an awesome tool to help us manage our financial matters. It's especially helpful at this time of the year knowing that everything we need to do our taxes is located in one place inside of Quickbooks.

QuickBooks is an exceptional system to manage banking needs including tracking AP/AR and helps to manage credit card accounts as well. It's extremely helpful to be able to integrate information from our billing system into QB so that we are able to reconcile all of our financial matters.

At times we have noticed when creating checks for vendors the system will revert back to a previous account even after changing to the checking account from where we want a particular check to be written from. It's a small glitch but one that has caused us to have to do some backtracking on occasion when a check is written out of the wrong account. Not sure how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Really happy with this product. Does everything and more Allows us to access information from anywhere. Automate processes to save time doing things that matter. Provides powerful data and reports that cover all areas of your business. The customer service is second to none and accessible with a phone call or online chat. The app makes things easy and convenient when we are on the road, keeping things up to date and us informed. Overall, highly recommend and encourage anyone shopping for accounting software to try QBO.

Quickbooks Online has so many great aspects its hard to name them all. Very straight forward to set up and use. The dashboard feature we are able to get an up to date snapshot of the company's performance with a click of a button. There is a take anywhere app that is packed with features. Customer service is awesome and easily accessible. There are lots of options for reports and comparisons. Syncs right to our bank accounts, and all kinds of other programs, allowing for direct communication between them.

No complaints, really like this product. It has never had an issue.

The thing is generally excellent, with some exemptions, such as automated correspondence of our releases, which is actually essential, as well, otherwise, an insufficient view can make your report go wrong if you don't understand exactly how to set it up properly. In the last few months, we have faced a customer service problem, which has made our work a little difficult, and in the same way, technological groups seem to be unable to attend some programs. As well as our finance departments work only for some of our requirements when we don't resolve or wait for an answer.

Your payroll as well as general accounting options are simply unbelievable. We are a smaller company, with employees who dedicate a lot of time to bank administration, payment solutions and also credit card. We use the real-time accounting feature with this program.

Technical assistance for the program is incredibly difficult and also time-consuming to operate. Getting help from a real QuickBooks Online individual is difficult. We had a lot of problems at the beginning, when we were discovering.

Been using Quickbooks for a number of years to run a small business.

It does everything I need and gives me some great reports. In fact, it really is comprehensive and lets you run everhthing from invoicing to payroll.

The plans have chopped and changed over the years but it is generally good value for money. The software is always being updated with the latest legislation and always adding features.

For a small business, Quickbooks is a good product and fairly cheap to run. The bank feeds and rules mean it virtually runs itself.

I am extremely comfortable with QuickBooks and have used it for several years. After using other software, this software is not as user friendly as some others.

QuickBooks is a well established software with many years of enhancements and improvements, however, in today's age, where everything is cloud based, the on-premise software seems a little outdated.

After using QBO for about a year, I started using QuickBooks on-premise and it is not nearly as user-friendly as QBO. Given the option, don't select this product, go with QBO.

After using the software for 7 years, I am a completely satisfied user. The reconciliation process had been transformed from a monthly nightmare into an automated breeze. The ability to access the books from anywhere has been more useful than I ever would have anticipated.

I would highly recommend QuickBooks because it is currently the best accounting software available that is also cloud based. QuickBooks Online is suitable for companies that are mainly looking for purchases and / or services that work from home or remote. Since you can import purchases immediately, not just with your bank, but in the same way with larger market systems and online website, it makes it easy to use.

QuickBooks Online is used by our finance division to handle our inventory and accounting. In addition, other departments have access to it. QuickBooks Online simplifies access for many people to our account information and also updates products at the same time, without the need to worry about frequent manual support of our paper documents.

Getting assistance from a real QuickBooks Online support participant is a challenge. Most of the time, if you submit an inquiry online, the solution provided does not address or resolve your concern and the problem is closed before you can elaborate further.

I didn't like how I couldn't customize the invoices.

From the day i implemented QuickBooks Online, I have never failed to forward invoices to customers on time.

I like that QuickBooks Online encompasses of all invoicing and accounting features that I require on a daily basis such as AP and AR Automation.

Currently, I barely come across errors since the customer success team is always available for support.
