I definitely recommend QuickReviewer, if you waste a lot of time typing emails and adding things. QuickReviewer is very helpful and makes the approval process way more manageable.

It's fantastic to have all of my proofs in one place. We avoid a lot of back and forth and its made things faster because I no longer have to send separate emails for each person who needs to approve it.

What’s more amazing is that everyone has quickly adapted to it and mark their comments in the proofing window

I like the flexibility and options to create workspaces and share them with my team. The workspace option is nice because not everyone wants to give access to everything all of the time. I particularly love that it supports Adobe files and connects with PhotoShop and InDesign.

Setting a deadline for a proof isn’t intuitive. You have to right click on a file to choose that option, and it doesn’t give you the option to set reminders. As a feature request, I would like to send automated reminders before the deadlines. It would also be better if you move or add the deadline option to the share file window.

I evaluated multiple proofing solutions, and QuickReviewer has a couple of things that stand out. 1> Easy to use 2> Pricing 3> White label 4> Video proofing. It does everything we need, and we haven't looked back since!

What we like best about QuickReviewer is how simple it is to share videos and proofs with anyone, and they can add comments and recommendations on the timeline. We get emails when someone comments or approves the work; this is a huge time saver because we used to send like 20 emails back and forth to get the job done.

I don’t have any dislikes about QuickReviewer because it does what we require. I do have some feature recommendations that would take the product to the next level. Workflow and range based video comments would be two of them. We’ve shared them with the support team, and hope to see these features come out soon.

QuickReviewer's main goal is to make the creative review process more efficient and straightforward. The biggest benefit of QuickReviewer for my team is that it is straightforward for anyone involved in the creative process to submit comments.

When working with a team, QuickReviewer is an excellent tool to utilise to gather feedback on creative proofs (both internal teams or clients). QuickReviewer gives you complete control over the creative review process by allowing you to establish unique creative workflows, distribute creative proofs easily, In addition, I believe their pricing is competitive.

It can take a few sessions to learn QuickReviewer if you're new to it. There is obviously a learning curve, as I have used other creative review programmes that are far more intuitive. Some features, for example, are buried in the platform, and without clear assistance from a QuickReviewer rep, I wouldn't know how to access them. However, now that I've had some experience with the tool, I can confidently state that this is no longer an issue. QuickReviewer's support and customer success teams are also quite helpful and responsive.

I can now review my design better, they get same time approval, with live changes. I can compare both the versions.
Along with this, I also get the design of my website approved. Because I share my live link with my team.
So that they can tell me my mistakes at the same time. whatever changes they need in my designs.

I like its review and approval system. Because earlier I used to get approval of everything on WhatsApp and Email
Because of this tool my work became easy because now I can see my live reviews and can also give live comments for my changes.

I haven't felt anything like this so far that there is any such deficiency in their software.

The advantage is that it's made design proofing a lot easier and faster for me, and the confusion and conflict on both sides has reduced. The ability to have the entire team comment and view each other's comments also eliminates contradictory comments. We have saved a lot of time.

I enjoy how we can share work across our teams in different office locations, and they can critique my design in real time. Approving work has become considerably easier, and faster, especially with version control. I love the compare feature. I can see exactly what part of the document was changed, and it eliminates a lot of painful switching between PDFs or printing the files to identify the differences. The programme is extremely user-friendly, and my team members quickly learned how to use it.

One drawback is that I can’t combine multiple documents into a single proof. That’s a feature I look forward to.

With QuickReviewer, our teams collectively save at least one day per workweek. Time lost in going through email attachments or reviewing websites and videos with screenshots is minimized, and we can work as a truly agile team, helping our clients get to the market faster.

A design team can only be efficient and meet timelines if they can review drafts in time. QuickReviewer helped our team come together and work efficiently and collaboratively on a large customer project. With dozens of images to sort and place, QuickReviewer helped teams pinpoint, highlight and comment on items so that designers could quickly make the changes and finalize content. We completed our last project 20% faster than the previous one.

Websites cannot be added for review without placing a code snippet or Wordpress plug in. If I'm sharing multiple sites for review, I feel it's tedious to add a plugin or a code snippet to each site.

QuickReviewer has made team review much easier to manage and track. It has helped to bring our design staff together by allowing for easy feedback with multiple selection tools and allowing other comments to be visible.

I like that I can modify my comments on QuickReviewer, and I think it's fantastic that I can identify them based on what they're about, because it makes it easier for me to swiftly browse through everything and locate only what directly pertains to me. It's also quite useful to have the ability to favourite comments. Plus, I enjoy that I can add more people to a certain proof even after it's been sent out; it saves me from having to remove and resend a proof.

There isn't much about QuickReviewer that I detest, and even this isn't anything I despise, but rather something I believe would be a terrific addition, and that is the ability to see who has liked a specific comment. If more than one person has liked a comment, I am currently unable to read the names of everyone who has liked it.

Overall it's a great tool and very easy to use. Super great to use and I like how simple it is to get approvals.

Super easy to use and set up. Very simplistic so anyone can use. And doesn't need to be logged into for approvals either.

Their whitelabel is good, but can be improved which they will be soon.
