Roller is amazing!
Date: Feb 13 2024SummaryOverall I would totally recommend Roller!! Roller makes handling money and ringing up transactions fun! Roller is very flexible and can be used at many types businesses. If I ever leave my current job I will definitely miss roller. Roller is constantly updating their system and is always quick to fix any minor bugs/ add new options. Thank you Roller!
PositiveRoller is very simple to use. I have used multiple pos systems and Roller is by far my favorite. Cashing tills in and out is a breeze with the amount calculator tool. The ability to attach photos to items and passes also makes it very easy to navigate and ring up a sale. We use Roller at the trampoline park that I help manage and it makes checking in customers/ members very simple and fast. I also love that the designated wristband color for each pass can be displayed on the screen. Overall I definitely recommend roller, especially to businesses that offer memberships.
NegativeI cannot think of any major cons of roller. Roller is definitely very unique in the world of pos applications and may take some time to get used to when transferring from a different pos system. However Roller has many training videos and booklets to make learning and navigating their system a breeze.

PositiveThe thing that I have loved the most about Roller is that everything is at the touch of a button. From booking parties as well as making purchases from the front desk we can access all of it and keep organized as well.
NegativeWhat I didn't like is that there is a learning process because of how detailed Roller is but despite that, once you get ahold of it you can see how beneficial this software can be.

Date: Feb 01 2024SummaryI’m so glad our company made the switch to Roller from our previous software (Centeredge). We enjoy the detailed reports that we can run to help us better understand the numbers of our business.
PositiveThe company I work for sees a high amount of traffic & Roller consistently helps us tremendously with interacting with such a large customer base on a day to day basis. It is user friendly and easy to run various reports for pretty much anything you can imagine. If there is anything a team member of mine or I don’t understand how to do, they even offer quick how to videos. My favorite thing so far has been the collaboration between the company I work for and Roller. There have been features or reports that we expressed would help us even more, and Roller has worked side by side with us and created them!
NegativeI’m so grateful you created the wristband option. I would absolutely love an option to assign a specific time to a wristband color. Right now, it seems that it only goes off the order of the colors you select & your hours of operation. However, we have different jump options (for example 3 hours) that we still need to adjust manually in person since the software will tell us the incorrect wristband color to hand out. It would make it a lot easier for some other team members, especially new team members that we are training at the front desk.

PositiveSo many more functions and options than our previous service that allows not only ease of use but adds avenues to generate additional income. Features like add-on buttons at checkout.
NegativeIt's overwhelming to get started and there are multiple was to enter data, each one with a different outcome, it is time consuming to figure out the different options and what the best set up for our needs, but once that is figured out it is super easy to maintain.

PositiveGreat support from our account rep to answer any questions we had. Oftentimes, additional items within the platform also helped us accomplish what we needed before needing to reach out to the rep each time. The design components are easy to use and set up and are fairly basic while still looking nice.
NegativeThere aren't a whole lot of custom design features. Some will not be bothered by this as it allows for a streamlined process for those not as familiar with design but others who prefer a more custom technical approach may feel it is lacking.
