The New York-based company was founded in 2018 and supports global hiring in 150+ countries through a combination of Employer of Record services, in-house recruitment and a web-based workforce platform. For companies without a local entity, RemotePeople's EOR service manages employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, tax administration, statutory benefits and employment compliance. The client keeps control of daily work. EOR Flex starts at $199 per employee/month; EOR Plus starts at $399 per employee/month with annual billing for teams of at least five. Service fees exclude salaries and statutory employer contributions, and country-specific terms apply. Companies can use Global Recruitment and Executive Search independently or combine recruiting with EOR. Recruitment + EOR carries a recruitment fee of 2% of the candidate's annual salary each month, plus EOR fees. Global and US payroll services support businesses with existing entities. Contractor Management, Contractor of Record and US PEO address other workforce arrangements. The wider service range covers benefits, international equity, visas and immigration, incorporation, entity management, EOR-to-entity transfers, custom contracts, legal assistance, compliance audits, background checks, equipment, offices and fleet, stipends, expenses and offboarding. AI Command Center turns plain-language requests into guided HR workflows for onboarding, payroll, leave, expenses and contract changes. High-impact changes receive expert review, with action records for accountability. Dedicated account managers support customers alongside employee self-service, payroll reporting and document tools.
