Regpack Reviews

Regpack has helped me significantly in my new role. It is a streamlined way to keep track of our program applicants and their registration process.

Regpack is very intuitive and easy to figure out. I especially utilize the forms, triggers, and tokens features.

There are occasionally glitches with the software. For example, sometimes when I change the status of a user, certain forms that have previously been added disappear. They are easy enough to add back, but I'm not sure why this happens.

Overall, I very much enjoy having Regpack, as the pros vastly outweigh the cons. I also enjoy the updates. There are constant improvements and some of my initial complaints are no longer issues after the system updates. (for example, being able to search a field based on families that haven't filled it out was a big improvement I was very excited about). I look forward to future improvements as time goes on.

My favorite parts of Regpack are the triggered email features and the ability to sort and create reports on any of the information imputed. I also very much enjoy the payment portal and the customizable forms. Before coming to Regpack we only had fillable form to email from our website, so having the data populate to printable forms or to exportable spreadsheets was a game changer. It's also immensely helpful to have so many customizable report options, as you can run a report on any group for any fields.

-Phone number fields (I hate the break it into 3 parts format. Parents fill it out with all the numbers in one field all the time so I have to fix it, and you can't just copy and paste a phone number in. Plus the number only fields as an alternative don't allow the characters like parentheses around the first number, so once again a hassle)
-Auto generated links for email fields, like for incomplete forms, don't actually save the form correctly. Not sure if it's because it doesn't require a login or if it's because it isn't in the right project or what, but it caused me a ton of issues last year with parents complaining that they filled out the same form a dozen times and it didn't save before I figured out what was happening.
-For some reason, filter blocks often glitch so you need to refresh or completely clear out your cashe to make them work or to edit them. Happens pretty frequently on various devices
-There still isn't a good way to set up conditional formatting or duel account login for divorced families. This causes me headache more than a lot of other things, as getting divorced parents on the same page with the same password and only one email to login and complete forms or payments is the worst, and I get a lot of complaints from it. Creating a secondary login for divorced families would be absolutely incredible, or at minimum creating a way to trigger automated emails to send emails to two separate emails for some accounts while only the primary for others would be amazing. (the #1 complaint I get from divorced families is that the automated payment reminder only goes to one parent, as of course I can't set it up system wide to send it to both listed parents, as some families get just as upset if the secondary parent receives a ton of emails when they asked that only one parent receive said emails.)

Overall, I'm very happy with using Regpack for my day camps. We've been using Regpack for over 5 years now, and each year they integrate great new features!

The software is easy to use, and projects can be replicated from year to year. Makes the setup process a lot more simple.

There is a lack of customer support available over the phone. When setting up a new project however, they do provide someone to set it all up for you.

Overall we are happy with the switch from another system to Regpack. The ease of use for admin and parents has made the switch easier than we imagined.

We use Regpack in an education setting to have a Parent register, multiple children, without leaving the form, and just paying once. Automatic billing and payment plans have helped us along with the ability to make changes once published.

Only one Admin (unless paying ) can easily see and view billing information.

Overall, I wouldn't want to use any other product for the cost that we get with Regpack. You can't beat what you get for the cost.

I like the features that they have continued to add over the years. It has come a long way since we started using this in 2017. Customer support is always timely with issues and responses. They also are really good at checking in to make sure that you like using it and if we have any issues.

Need more transferrable data. It would be helpful for repeat users.

Overall this software was one of the easiest to set up and manage. I sent over my information and their team set it up. The software does everything I need it to, and I can pull the information I need anytime. The team was nice and answered my questions quickly.

They set this up for me, I'm able to edit it anytime, lots of report options, my customers had a smooth registration process, and my instructors could check the number of spots remaining on the website which was helpful.

Lots of settings - can be overwhelming, but at least it's flexible? I ignore what I don't need.

Overall it's a great experience that meets our organizations custom needs and filled a lot of boxes for us and we looked at many different products.

Regpack works really well for us because we have a rather complicated registration process that requires collecting a lot of info and keeping it all together in one spot. We also have two steps to the process and Regpack allows us to let them log in and complete forms and then we can release the rest of the forms in their same account at a later date.

Support is only through email which can be tough if you need an answer quickly.

Regpack has saved us a ton of time for our online service sales. Highly recommend for companies that sell courses and other services online.

We use Regpack to automate onboarding and payments for our online service. It's easy to use and has saved us a lot of time.

Haven't had any issues with Regpack thus far. Works for everything we need it for.

I am very satisfied with Regpack and feel it fulfills our registration needs. I look forward to another year with them.

Amazing customer service, gives us all the basics we need, good value for the price bracket that it's in.

I think it could look better, be a little more user friendly, and have more customizable options.

I love the system and can see my business growing through the program. There are so many services provided by Regpack that will make my life easer on top of doing everything I need it to do.

Staff is amazing, very easy to manage and very intuitive, has almost all of the features I wish to have!

I wish it had txt services and I also wish it had a few more options on the user page.

Initially we were excited about RegPack. It was cheaper than other platforms and seemed to have all the features that we needed. But after using it for a year it has fallen far short of our expectations.

I really don't like this product but have to type something here to leave the other feedback, so here it is.

The software feels more like a rough draft. The sign-in with google button does not work. There's no ability to add a donation with registration (would be helpful for non-profits). There's no "Back" button for users to click while progressing through registration. Fonts are small and buttons hard for users to find. Told us we could add custom CSS to make the form look like our website but this often doesn't work. There's no back end ability to customize fonts, colors, etc. Can't remove the RegPacks branding. The interface is unattractive and we frequently have families contact us saying they're confused by the registration software. We signed up for a 2 year contract to save money and really wish we hadn't. I would not use this software ever again. You have to pay $ to get support.

Overall, it is a great product! I just wish it was a little more user friendly in terms of what I am looking for in a camp registration and check in/out.

There are a lot of different features that this program offers specific to summer programming (forms, payment processing, rosters, etc.).

I wish there was a way to check students in and out of the system that also notifies the families that they checked in/out of the camp. This would be a great safety feature and make the site a one stop shop.

Overall Regpack is great. They take the time to make sure you understand the system and are there every step of the way.

We switched to Regpack from another online registration software and we are glad we did. This software is awesome and the people behind it are even better. I’ve had lots and lots of questions and they answered each and everyone of them and always followed up.

It look a little getting used to from a different system but once you have the hang of things it’s a great system.
