See above I’ve been approached by other reservation services but why leave something that is working perfectly for you?

Always available- We have used them for years now it would never consider any other reservation service. They are extremely professional their website is seamless for a guest to make reservations and they are always available if you need to call them and they are quick with an answer in solving problems.

Like this service and could not run my B and B without it.. easy use for customers to book and it is efficient for my service team and staff.

Ease of use. Great communications with their customer service folks! Problem solving is easy with them. Record keeping for me.

No app... signing in time consuming.. Wish it was automatic.

I would recommend ResNexus to any small or large Bed and Breakfast or large Hotel as their system can adapt to either. Guests see the system as if it is an extension of my web site. I like that feature. They allow many amenities for guests to choose from. I highly recommend ResNexus.

ResNexus is great at customer service. When you call you receive a live person that is happy to help with any updates or changes that you might have to the service they offer. No matter how small of a request, they take the time to help you accomplish your objective. I have spoken with Richard 3 days in a row and he was patient and helpful each time.

That my 21 year database could not be transferred from Rezovation.

I would definitely recommend checking out this software. It has a knack for presenting your property. The big photos and calendar avails. The automatic reminders when previous guests' birthdays roll around. It's a class act.

ResNexus is a classier version of hotel.com or expedia. It gave me those same power but let me work with a third-party (and we both get emails at the same time.). Really impressed with the elegance of this booking engine.

So far I've had only a positive experience. When I ran into trouble, I got tech support quickly. It was mostly a product of my not understanding how things worked at that time. Now I do.

I think that ResNexus is one of the best PMS that i've used in my hotelier experience. It has so many tools that I could use from our front desk to housekeeping, retails and sales areas and of course managing. I highly recommend it!

I like the tools that ResNexus provides to our business. We use it daily and we are always finding new things to add to our experience.

It is not connected with all the channels that we use directly, so we need to pay an extra channel manager. It could be useful that they add more channels to directly connect with them.

Excellent service. I needed reservations cancelled for me because I had no water due to the hard freeze. The agents did this for me snd sent emails since I was unable to do this.

When I need help during the big freeze in Texas, I got it. I was unable to use my reservation service because the internet was down so I called support at Reservation Nexus and the agents made the adjustments for me. The cancelled reservations, sent emails, snd blocked dates for me. What a relief!

Nothing! The service was excellent, the agents responded quickly and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I need to have reservations cancelled and emails sent to the guests snd that was done for me

I have a very small b&b and am very technophobic so I greatly appreciate getting help from ResNexus whenever I need it.

Calendar works! It has all the features I need and then some. If I have a problem the Staff very helpful.

We are first time RV Park operators but Resnexus makes us look like old pros. The support service for us while we learn how to manage our website.

So many ways to customize our site for managing our RV Park. We can manage the entire booking abs customer management from one place.

So many options that I still have a lot to learn. Not really a bad thing but it will take some time.

The company has been very helpful when I call with a problem. I like that they participate in business conferences.

I like their attention to detail. Easy to contact customer service and get problems resolved. They're always willing to help.

A few tweaks to the arrival form would be helpful.
Pricing is higher than similar companies.

Exactly what we said in the "Pro" comments box. We are very happy and look forward to being with Resnexus for many years to come.

We have a bed and breakfast in Maine and are incredibly happy with Resnexus. We have been with them for 8 plus years and have no plans to change. It has all the features we need both now and in the future, customer service is responsive and good. The price is also very good as well. There is no "nickel and diming" that you will get with other booking software companies where they give you a basic price and then start telling you that if you want this and that, it's $ extra. Resnexus are also responsive to add on's and changes that their customers would like to see in the future. We are very happy.

There is nothing that we do not like at all. It's all good.

Easy, affordable, efficient - as a new business owner and learning how to navigate a new website what more could I ask for?

The product itself does the work. The back office is definitely user friendly.
But the staff is what gets me. It is difficult to describe how supportive and "real" the ResNexus team is. I feel comfortable reaching out and know that they will lead me in the right direction every single time. Travis W. in the design department is amazing. He always makes time for me and talks things out with me so I have a better understanding of what is going on with my business website. I can not say enough good things about Travis W. and the whole team at ResNexus.

Everything has multiple steps, complicated, can not find what is needed easily, reports are basic.

Have recommended this to other in our tourist town and will continue to do so! I know others have had issues with other programs but this one is great!

The system has been easy to navigate, especially as a newcomer to the industry. The price is affordable and the training has been easy to follow along.

But Amber is by far the best reason to have this software. She helps me every single time I need it and is always pleasant and professional.

I had built a website for our small B&B. It was pretty good, but I needed a tool to encompass everything in one and this was my solution!
They rebuilt our website beautifully! I’ve had several compliments on it and the customer Service is second to none!

The ResNexus system works just as I had hoped, as I researched booking software for my property. The many features offered are more than I expected.

I have no negative comments regarding the ResNexus program.

If works for me and is very reasonable in price. And the cloud base software is easy to use., however I do get complaints from customers using the booking engine. They seem to have problems getting their dates in correctly and call often for help.

The web based system does all I need and way more for my use in a small campground. It is very reasonably priced.

Give it a 9 out of 10, overall it is a very intuitive software.
Easy to train new users with the library. Plus new users can sign in at home and practice, before coming in.

Versatility incase of use. Multiple options and reminders.
Love the library, makes training easy.
In the cloud is awesome, can take bookings anywhere.
Groups works well once you learn how to do it. The rest of the system is very intuitive.

Needs a pop up to alert you when your mistakenly booking someone in the old year. It happens. It can't be that hard to put a phrase that says are you sure you want to do this? A little safety net would be helpful.

I would think your software would convert well to a model for Airbnb owners like ourselves who don't want all of the complexity a hotel needs, so something like a Resnexus LITE version. A simpler approach that offers that the things that Airbnb cabin/home owners want for a simple listing. Trying to maneuver your system for us is cumbersome and confusing, with lots of buttons and choices that have no bearing on our needs. We tend to set it and leave it (until there is a problem). If it was much simpler with less options, it would be much more helpful to our uses, but we realize that there probably aren't many one-home-owners in Airbnb like us...

Your software offers a lot.... and customer service is good when they are around, but my main comments are in the Cons and Overall sections.

Your software offers a huge array of options - too much for our simple business. The constant additions and changes, which are made to improve the service, often leave us confused as to how to make simple changes, and make us question if the changes reverted our policies to a setting/rule that we didn't want (for example the number of days required to rent seemed to change on us).

I've used similar software and nothing compares to ResNexus. I would recommend this program to anyone.

Very user friendly! Customer service is amazing. I'm a very small bed & breakfast with little time to spend on reservation software, etc. ResNexus is straightforward, easy to learn, and does everything I want it to and more.

I can't think of anything I don't like about the software.

ResNexus has helped us fully in the recreational world, making all the business players have a successful operation. Also, resources get fair usage, without wastage.

ResNexus ensures all the recreational services are well managed, and activities are running seemliness. Also, ResNexus creates a satisfaction for all users, more so our customers on board.

The design for ResNexus is quite complicated, and it requires to be made friendly and intuitive.
