My experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased the VPS because the Looking Glass showed a specific IP range, but I received a completely different one. Although the cancellation was accepted, I was asked to provide my passport and complete a live video verification just to receive a $3 refund. After asking for clarification, support stopped responding for several days. I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience.

None. I honestly could not find any positive aspect of my experience with this provider. The service did not match what was advertised, and the refund process became unnecessarily complicated.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

I purchased a VPS because the Looking Glass showed an IP range that matched my needs. After payment, I was assigned an IP from a completely different range. I immediately requested a cancellation since the service no longer met the purpose for which I purchased it.

At first, the refund was issued only as account credit. After I requested a refund to my original payment method, I was told I had to complete a video call and show my passport just to receive a refund of $3.

I asked a simple question: Why is such an intrusive verification necessary for a $3 refund? Is there any alternative?

Instead of answering my question, support stopped responding. It has now been several days with complete silence.

The issue is not the amount of money. The issue is the way customers are treated. Requiring sensitive personal documents and a live video call for such a tiny refund, then ignoring the customer for days, is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

A company that asks customers to trust it with personal data should first demonstrate responsive and respectful customer support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider.

I like everything, the conditions are excellent here. I chose it according to many criteria and here, just right, everyone suited me.
