A great platform for events, much better than the alternatives in the market.
The convenience it provides with giving you everything you need to setup, manage and host events is unmatched.

Great platform, lots of features that are just perfect for hosting virtual events like ticketing, marketing, badge printing and more just really takes care of everything you need to host virtual and even onsite events.

There’s not much not to like at all, while the growth pricing is nice I do think it’s quite expensive, but you can still host events for free.

Hopin is an advanced event management tool, with a unique idea of sharing and pushing audio and videos, to a large audience. The aspect of cost is well considered, and since it is online, so many persons are reached.

Hopin has diverse and digital strategies for managing events. Hopin supports online videos and calls, all that supports events. It accommodates huge participants, and its saves on costs.

Hopin is a program that requires extensive internet connection, and some people may be suffering with this. Only challenge which makes some people struggle.

Thus far we will continue to use Hopin. They have made improvements to their software and we like it.

The Hopin team is great to work with. We have used them for several events and it has been amazing.

We had some minor issues of getting use to the software.

If you want to have a great experience at a group video conference. Use RingCentral Events, the quality, and features to make a meeting as interactive it can be. Best in the market for group video conferencing.

The best thing about RingCentral Events is, it gives High-Definition video quality in meetings irrespective of how many participants are there in the meeting at a given time.

Not much popular, so sometimes it gets hard to get people on board for a meeting.

My overall experience is that Hopin is great in a virtual world. It has allowed my team to continue to plan conferences with members nationwide.

I like having the ability to have a staff person (with paid plan) to assist with building out the event.

There is not anything I do not like. I love this platform.

Overall I enjoy the platform and I believe it makes a good online experience, it's interactive and creates more of an in-person feel.

I like the ability for the sessions to be interactive and for the variety of things that can be offered using the platform.

I wish that ongoing support was offered with the purchase and not just for the first event (without additional purchases).

Great platform - perfect for what we need. The platform is still fairly new (just over a year old) and the team are continuing to upgrade and add new features so I look forward to seeing how this progresses!

Hopin is a life-saver - allowing us to deliver virtual events in a time where we are unable to meet in person. The platform is easy to use for both organisers and attendees and has lots of options for networking, virtual exhibition, interactive sessions and more standard presentation style stages.

The platform is not fully accessible on all devices / browsers which can cause issues for some users.

Overall RingCentral Events is a great experience and I love being able to use it for multiple online events and give a more interactive feel.

It's another system to download, and it's not totally intuitive at first.

A wonderful experience, it truly come at the right time during the Covid-19 times this is all we needed.

It feels like a physical conference, getting into the rooms, networking switching to live session it's all amazing.

It's tough the first time, the signing up bit of it, you are not sure whether to sign in through the Hopin to access it or through the owners event... but once you get used to it, it flows.

I enjoyed my experience using Hopin, I think there are things that needs to improve but also so does other apps.

It was fairly easy to navigate, I liked that you were able to chat with everyone in the room and still watch the people talking. I also like that you were able to make the person talking full screen with the chat, something Zoom cannot.

I didn't like that the audio was not the best and the camera quality was not the best, even if you were using headphone or a different camera.

Well, I can say I’m satisfied, yes, and I do recommend it to other people. How ever you need to find the way to effectively organize your calendar. With many similar online platforms, I found Hopin between the best three.

I found Hopin one of the best online platforms for my business. Especially in this pandemic, Hopin played a great role in putting together different parties on one business table virtually!!.
No matter what your interest is, I think you will find what you are looking for with Hopin.

Can’t add my scheduled events to my iCal calendar. I’m not sure where is the problem is, it might be from my end. However, I was able to add it to other calendars, like google calendar.

This was a platform developed well before its time. No one knew that the pandemic was approaching and platforms like Hop in have helped businesses continue to run smoothly during such a crucial time.

There are many things that I find beneficial about this platform. To name a few, the ability to simulate in person gatherings is at the top of the list; the ability to set up expo and networking sessions and to record sessions is also a major plus. For my company, the hands on support is one of the most significant reasons we decided to sign up for Hop In.

The fact that you have to switch back and forth between features rather than being able to view multiple items at once, like the schedule and the main stage for instance or speaker bio and the speaker at the same time. Perhaps these supplemental features can be added as a pop up, rather than a separate screen.
