SwiftGuard
SwiftGuard functions as an AI receptionist tailored for plumbing and heating businesses. When a plumber is engaged in work, such as fixing a sink or attending to a job site, SwiftGuard efficiently handles incoming calls by identifying itself as an AI assistant. It gathers important details like the caller’s name, address, and the nature of their issue, then organizes appointments in a connected Google Calendar based on current availability. Companies can choose whether SwiftGuard manages all calls or only those that go unanswered, and a simple access code allows for call forwarding, ensuring the business retains its original contact number. Furthermore, callers can easily reschedule or cancel their appointments, leave messages, and all interactions are tracked in a centralized dashboard, which includes recordings, transcriptions, and caller information. Any calls that SwiftGuard cannot address are flagged for follow-up. This AI tool supports multiple languages, including English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, and Spanish, and can effortlessly switch between languages as needed during conversations. For added security, all calls and their transcripts are encrypted and automatically deleted after a period of 90 days. There are three simple monthly subscription options available, each providing a set number of call minutes without additional per-minute fees, making it a cost-effective choice for businesses. Overall, SwiftGuard not only improves customer service but also allows plumbing and heating professionals to focus more on their core responsibilities, ultimately leading to increased productivity and satisfaction.

CallBack HVAC
CallBack HVAC gives small HVAC companies a way to see and act on certain unanswered calls. It is a cloud dashboard for missed-call follow-up, not an answering service or field-service management system. When the company has a compatible phone route and approved provider sender, callers who reach a supported missed-call outcome can choose to receive a single text by pressing 1. The owner sees the resulting lead and any reply, then handles callbacks, scheduling and job outcomes. An unanswered call by itself does not guarantee a text; voicemail and caller choice affect the flow.
The $149/month core software plan includes lead records, urgency notes, open/after-hours templates, follow-up status, and CSV export. It supports one owner reply for each inbound customer message. Team dispatch, invoicing, bulk marketing, native CRM sync, and automatic appointment booking are outside the core plan. AI CSR is a separate, reviewed pilot and is not activated automatically.
The software trial is 14 days with no card required and starts once the email address is confirmed. Carrier registration and phone setup can consume that period. Buyers need their own provider account, approved texting number, compatible routing, consent, and a successful live test before customer use. Provider number, registration, calling, texting, and carrier fees are additional even during the software trial. Twilio is the standard setup; Telnyx or Plivo availability should be confirmed with CallBack HVAC before choosing either.
