    We love Safio and rely it on it's functionality on a daily basis. It addition to the points below its overall benefits outweigh any restrictions it may have (that we haven't ran into yet).

    No con's to this product. We use Safio daily and any pain points are addressed and actioned in real-time so we have no complaints.

    Great for analysis, pretty user friendly. But I do wish that entering the forecast was a bit more automatic. It would be great if we could upload forecast all at once instead of by item per item page. Hopefully this will be in the next update.

    Great analysis tool that can be accessed anywhere. I can go to one source for info needed, instead of having to look up using multiple programs. Great customer support.

    Negative

    Entering the actual Account Forecast is time consuming. It is very manual, even when using the upload process. However, this program is constantly being updated, so in the future this feature may be available.

    I am fairly new to my company and have never used Safio before. I was trained on it by another employee, but not at length. I like the fact that you can go into the system and play around, learn on your own without the worry that you are going to ruin something.

    I like the ease getting around the site and the broad offerings of reports. It is very user friendly.

    Negative

    Looking for a report that shows Sales by DOLLAR, by customer by brand, by month for the previous year as well as year to date.

Here are the reports you are looking for, available in your library as standard reports: Dollar Sales TY vs LY Account Dashboard and also TY Revenue by Account gives dollar sales for this year by customer. This will take you to SKU University where you will find tons of information, how-tos, and reporting help.     Safio is a good tool that satisfies our needs. The team is good to work with, and respond quickly to our needs or issues.

    The product is intuitive to use, and has functionality that fits our needs. The product and the service team is adaptive to our needs.

    Negative

    The forecasting curves rely on existing data we provide to create curves, which may or may not be as accurate as possible. Would be helpful to have suggestions for adjustments to curves based on actual results.

    Summary

    The Team at Safio is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Any issues or callouts are taken care of efficiently and timely. It is great to have the Production Planning and Demand Planning in one tool.

    Positive

    All info is in one place. The visibility of things that happened yesterday is easy to find and share. The Sales Team as well as Operations love all the reports that can be viewed or dropped into excel for further analysis. Enhancements are made to system Annual which provide more data and more ease to view on site.

    Negative

    The flow of the forecast right now does not help with building the forecast dues to all of the Supply Chain issues and changes in shopping habits by consumers due to Covid. Maybe when we have another "normal" year it will be a tool we can use.
